The people were great!
The cost was ridiculous for the weekend we stayed and the place was not as clean as you would expect a hotel to be. The ceiling looked like it was going to fall apart. We paid over $700 a night because an airbnb cancelled on us last minute so we definitely do not think this place was worth that price. Good location though

Good location, close to main tourist attractions.
When checking in, the price initially shown was different than the one confirmed with booking.com. After some discussion, the attendant came back saying that there was a glitch in the system and they would charge the original price.
Keep an eye on the values they will charge.
Parking with valet was expensive.

Great Customer service - Boris was excellent. Comfy beds, location,
The coffee machine in the room wasn't the greatest. The coffee was not very flavourful. The door frame and wall close to the floor in the bathroom looked really shabby. The plaster job to touch up the corner of the wall by the shower was not done well. Even though the room was clean this visual effect made me think the room was old and needed updating. There was also paint on the glass panels of the bathroom sliding door. One of the reading light bulbs was not working. The shower was hard to operate and the temperature was inconsistent. The room was prepared for one guest only. Only one glass, one bathrobe, one coffee mug.

Perfect location. Affordable yet chic accommodations. Pet friendly. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Kind staff. We stay here every time we come MTL.
This is a small complaint but the last few times we’ve been in a room with accessibility configurations which we did not need. We’d love for those rooms to be reserved for those who need them.

I think it was fair priced for what we have gotten. It was central next to some good restaurants and all facilities you can need. I liked the cleanliness level. Staff were competent and nice to deal with.
It looks more dated than on pictures. Not a fan of their soaps/ shampoos etc.

Room was a good size. Shower and soaker tub were also nice and big
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were all the same. They all shrunk to paper thin even when stacked on top of each other. For the price we’re paying, they should have a couple different types of pillows, not four of the same. Nothing was said about parking. Valet is only available during daytime hours. At night, you have to have security let you in as you wander floors and floors underground and then left to find your way back up.

I like that it was close to most neighborhoods, a 5-10 minutes walk from Place des Arts, close to various cafés and restaurants. The staff was nice.
Overall it was great.
With being close to most central attractions comes also the noise and effervescence of a main street, day and night, which you have to be ready for if not used to it with a nice pair of earplugs.

I enjoy the location and they have valet service as well so I don't have to worry about finding parking.
The valet who was on duty most of the times I stayed (3 different times in 2 weeks) did not offer to help me at all with my suit cases. I had to ask him to open the door for me.
The rooms on the side of Boul St-Laurent are extremely noisy, with large trucks coming through all night. They should have better windows. I've just learned to ask for a room on the opposite side.
