The very loud disco party in the street outside the strip club across the street until 4am was intolerable, we will never recommend your facility to anyone unless this is cleaned up.

We loved the spaciousness and comfort of the junior suite, which we upgraded to upon arrival when our superior king room was not ready. The location in old Montreal was wonderful. There are two restaurants on the property as well as a comfortable bar. We enjoyed both restaurants for dinner, as well as breakfast
Unfortunately, there is a homeless encampment on the far side of the hotel.
The maid service, wow, very good, was late in the day. A couple days we came back from our outings and our room was not yet made up.

Staff was professional, from the woman who checked me in- and walked me to the elevator upon explaining facilities and checking me in to the breakfast staff the next morning. Cheerful, friendly- WOW. At one point there was an early morning desk staff (Saturday, Feb 24), a girl w long dark hair who assisted me w my WIFI, to the guy w gorgeous longer hair- who told me about a specialty chocolate shop around the corner- and up until the final moment- entering the taxi- the guy w the shorter hair- grabbed my bag and placed it in the back of the cab. I did not once- pick up on the fact that I could be bothering anyone- which, being in the service industry myself- I know it can be challenging to contain, and I felt if I were to own a hotel EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE WERE SUPER STARS and would be hired. WHAT A STAFF. What a nice space.
That I was so comfortable- I slept directly through the reason I arrived initially. Missing the walk around town, your French restaurant, my wine and an aperol spritz

Beautiful corner room overlooking the square. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The housekeeping service comes twice daily. Free Eska water bottles in room and Nespresso machine. Short walk to so many fabulous restaurants, museums and Place des Arts. They even have a pool table/man cave in the lobby with fireplace and sports on television.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Old Montreal. Walking distance to great restaurants and historical sights. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Service is excellent ( water and chocolates arriving every evening ). Breakfast was delicious and dinner in the japanese restaurant in the hotel was the best meal we had in Montreal.
Long wait for breakfast , kitchen messed up, but these things happen. Breakfast was yummy.

It always helps when you get an upgrade, but two great restaurants on site, super helpful staff. Room was quiet with 12 foot ceilings and two massive windows. They had the most amazing free water in the lobby that we are trying to reproduce at home. Very refreshing. Good location. Walked to Salumi Vino - excellent Italian and ordered in pizza from nearby. Five good days.
The edge of the King mattress was giving way.

The location is great! Excellent spot for walking to the many shops and cafes. Loved that the restaurants and spa are accessible by elevator. Loved the classic decor with solid wood doors and trim, but modern rainfall showerhead.
The mattresses and pillows were soft, especially the pillows. As we are used to both items being on the firm side, we found it uncomfortable. Also, even with thermostat set at 18 degrees through the night, the room got very hot for sleeping and we ended up putting the air conditioning on. We only spent a little time watching tv, but feel that a list of channel guides would have been helpful.

The room size was great, we had a junior suite as I was traveling with a teen son. The bed and sofa bed was super comfy. The amenities were great, gym was clean, loved having the restaurant downstairs and the location could not be beat. Our room was extremely clean.

I had read online that there would be a sauna for guests to use but when we arrived, we were told that they had a steam room and we would have to book and pay per session in the rain spa. Obviously there’s is misinformation online, but it left us feeling really disappointed.

Our initial room had an issue with the heating system and hence, we spent our first night unable to sleep because of the noise. When I reached out to the staff the next morning, they immediately had someone assess the room and we were moved to an upgraded room which I appreciated.

We had a great long weekend stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the high ceilings were a nice feature. We appreciated that they replenished the bottled water and nespresso pods as a part of the regular housekeeping. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about our stay. Two small things that would have been “nice-to-have”: extra hooks or a towel bar in the bathroom to hang used towels on and a mini fridge so that we could store/bring back leftovers.

The hotel is very old and beautifully resorted and takes you back to the period of the old port. The location is perfect as it is on the edge of all the noisy tourist areas and next to Notre Dame Basilica. The rooms are quiet for a city location and the beds are super comfortable. If its cold outside you can enjoy Bistro 701 and the Kyo Sushi bar in the hotel which are superb fairly priced restaurants for a hotel. The Rooftop terrasse is also amazing and the food is the best in the building.
Room only had one window without much light. Although a window just lets in noise in a city so this may be a good thing.

The hotel is extremely dated. Hallways are in dire need of paint, new carpeting, and elevators are in a dilapidated state.
