At first there was no mention of breakfast, after booking it, received an email stating that continental breakfast could be provided for $2/person. Once we got there the lady asked us if we would be there for the free breakfast. Needless y to I say we were very pleased for the free and fulfilling meal. Yogurt, coffee/tea, orange juice, homemade jam, toast and bananas. Great start to the day. Very quiet and clean. Perfect little getaway!
That it only rated 2 stars. Yes there is no elevator but that didnt bother us.

Located in between all the main attractions within walking distance. the room was really cozy and nice, my fianc and I enjoyed every bit and would definitely stay there if we are in Quebec city again. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Great location, wlaking distance of all the Old Quebec City, the main square, the Cittadelle, so as far as for visiting the hearth of Quebec is a great hotel. The owners are marvelous people and they have a great way of treating the guests. Delicious breakfast, loved the croissant.

Location for proximity to other local attractions, parking but also a quiet place in the evenings were great!!! The quaint historic architecture but renovated facilities were good too. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only a very minor detail, the curtains fell from the support over night on the last night.

We were blown away with the location, the room was large and filled with light! The owner was wonderful and extremely friendly. We ate dinner at the Apsara Restaurant and the food was marvellous. We will stay here again for any future visits to Quebec City.

The service from the lady that checked us in and out was fantastic! She helped us find parking near the front of the hotel at a great price and secured our bicycles inside the hotel.
A better parking arrangement is needed. We were very lucky to get a parking spot.

The hotel was very nice. It was in a great location and the staff were helpful and very nice. The room we were in was larger than it appeared in pictures. Large corner tub in a large bathroom.
A coffee maker would be good. An iron and ironing board are not in the room. Not too much to complain about.

The owner is quite nice. She serves the continental breakfast to each customer personally. The service is personal and welcoming. I would stay there again because the owner was very nice to us.
TV service didn't work. TV turned on but we couldn't get any channels on either HDMI ports.

Very hospitable hosts and excellent location.
When using a search I asked for places with parking. After booking I found out that parking was not supplied but available offsite for an additional fee. As well, there was a tub with a hand held hose unit. No standard shower for $275 a night is unacceptable for me.

My friend and I loved this cozy boutique hotel. There is an Asian fusion restaurant on the first floor, and we ate there two of the three nights we stayed in Quebec City. Delicious and so fresh! Our room was very comfortable and spacious, the owners very helpful and kind, the included breakfast was a wonderful start to the day, and the location was just a short walk to any attraction in the Old Town. I would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Good spot for kids. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Location is good, because of snow plowing, they warned me so I didn't get towed like other cars. I appreciate that. They directed me to parking a short walk away (CAD 15). Good spot, great value. Big room with nice bathtub.

Room key did not work the first night; staff was responsive but still took 15 minutes to get into room after a very long day. No cold water or tea/coffee service after breakfast.

It was clean, I had a big window, so close of everything in old Qubec. The staff was really kind, they help me to find a spot for my car during the FEQ. They had breakfast but it's quite simple, so if you want to eat something really light is ok, if not you can skip the breakfast.
The chair and the armchair were uncomfortable, it wasn't possible to sit for a long time. Also around the border of the mattress there was a mettalic wire and that was also uncomfortable when you sit or lay on the border of the mattress.

Breakfast consisted of fresh tea and coffee, fresh fruit and croissants and jogurt. Not much variety, but fine for us. Nice staff, gave lots of info of what to visit. She even moved her car so we could have a free parking spot. Attached restaurant Aspara was best meal we had in Quebec. Location was perfect right on the edge of old town, were able to walk everywhere and safe at night. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is superb - just a short walk to the Fairmont hotel, Plains of Abraham and all the main attractions of old town Quebec. The location was excellent for tourism in Old Quebec. The bed was really comfortable, and a nice chair and a little desk were well chosen. A very pretty room in a charming building. Really quiet, too.
I had an enormous window over the park and an absolutely lovely view of thick snowflakes flaking outside. So picturesque!
And, the floor is big enough I could squeeze a fitness workout in. Just enough space.
The room had a very nice fridge and a little capsule coffee maker. Nice thick towels.
I was fine with it but just so tou know, this hotel is fully automated, which I didn't see when I booked. You get a keycode to enter your room. (There is no staff on-site.)
FYI The restaurant has closed down.
Here is thr bad news. The rooms are unevenly cleaned. The bed and four gorgeous pillows were perfectly made - yet, my sheets were wrinkly and had scuff marks.
The room is really well-swept - yet, the carpet has a lot of hair.
On my last day, my sink wouldn't drain so I couldn't wash my face or teeth.

Excellent location! Close to restaurants, cafes, sites and charming walks in the old city, as well as shopping and restaurants outside of the old city! Room had high ceilings and large windows looking out to the park.
The cobblestone road can be a little loud at night with cars. No front desk staff, housekeeping, or other hotel amenities, but staff is available through text, email, or phone at all times.

Location is great. If youre lucky you can park on the street overnight, parking is free after 9pm.
The room was old and small but functional. We slept well, no noise.
We did not know it was an automatic hotel , no staff on site. We did not receive the codes to get in so had to call. There was also a mistake in the room number so it took over 30 minutes on the phone to figure out why the door lock code wasnt working
The tv setup is weird, no remote for the tv, only a remote for a weird box attached to the tv. We had to use the buttons on the tv to switch the input and adjust volumewe ended up plugging our own Roku (that we had broughtthank god) to watch Netflix instead.
