Nothing really, first hostel I ever stayed in. I went to Next House instead after a couple of nights which was cheaper and 1000000 times better.
There was someone in my bed when I checked in at 11pm, dying to sleep but didnt get into my bed for another 45 minutes at least. Facilities were pretty shocking. Not as clean as it couldve been. The fact that you had to rent a towel as well is a joke. No secure storage in rooms. Laundry facilities shocking and I paid twice for them for it to not even turn on after I paid, I was told by staff it wasnt their problem and I should go and contact the company that provides this for them?

Bunk bed almost broke when i went to upper level. Structure not solid enough. And i am average 80 kg guy. Good luck to anybody close to 100 kg.
Kitchen is a mess: small, no forks, no spoons, microwave with no spinning mechanism. Everything is dirty. Two tiny refrigerators for dozens and dozens of guests (i saw dinning room at breakfast - place is packed with people).
Thank God i was there for 1 night! Slept and out. And never coming back.

Go across water to Winstrup Hostel (Lund) and see how things can be run. I understand you are much bigger facility but bigger name = bigger budgets, right?

Good location, clean, staff we interacted with were nice. Staff watched us in the luggage room which made me feel safer about leaving our stuff there before we could check in. Each dorm bed has a lockable cage for baggage (need to bring your own padlock) which worked out really well. It wasn’t loud while we were there - not a party hostel or at least while we were there.
A little more expensive than we’d like to pay. Bunk bed ladder is a bit awkward.

It is close to the metro, train and bus station. Near to the hostel are Lidl and Netto market. The room was clean and excellent for four of us, with private bathroom.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at this accommodation which truly met all our expectations. The double room was spacious with its own WC and bathroom, ensuring pleasant privacy and comfort throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, providing quality sleep each night. We also appreciated the quiet location, perfect for rest and relaxation. Additionally, the ability to walk to Lidl in less than 10 minutes added to the convenience, as we had everything we needed close at hand. Overall, I rate our experience very positively and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility in an easily accessible location.

The bed was comfy
The room facilities are outdated and need some repairs. We had to change rooms several times (3rd time is the charm, right?)
In the first room, the toilet's discharge button didn't work. The second room, had guests, even though the system said it was empty, the third one, was finally for us, but everything was outdated and it will possibly break soon (the toilet's discharge button, the head of the shower).
The bed was just infront of the bathroom door and this one was hitting the bed all the time by the opening, because there wasn't much space.

The guy at the reception was understanding and helpful.
The location wasn't bad. Close to the metro station and a 15 min walk from the Assistens Cemetery
There was no outlet near my bed, so after insisting that it was going to be a problem they gave me a power bank to charge my phone for the night.
The bed was dusty and linens didn't smell good.
Also, not lockers in the room.

It’s good place to stay in Copenhagen with group of friends. Hotel is located nearby metro and bus stop that can bring you to the city centre. It’s a good price for budget traveler. Nice staff on reception and really good free wi fi. Each room has hairdryer and hot water.
Very small room (but it’s ok for this price) and not that clean. It’s challenging to get to it by foot from city centre. Also furniture and walls have seen better days.

Rum is not clean, My bed wear given for ather person so i should whait to see which bed is free, bad reseption work, No explonation for gests about the rouls in rums, have not got any sleep because of the ather guests in the room, they have been takling shower until 3 o'clock in the night, should stadig there for 2 nights, after first night and my walk in town i came back to room and fpund my bed with No bed sheets and my things were be moved from my bed. No explanation how and what I should expekt... I left the hostel after that and moved to ather place.

One of the cheapest hostels in the city.
Location is OK (not the best, but 2km from city center and 500m from Nørrebrogade).
The rooms are never clean and tidy.
The kitchen is the hell. Really dirty and you'll never find forks, knives nor spoons. The people usually don't clean after themselves.
Some people are a disaster in the rooms as well, they don't accept rules.
They don't have sockets in the beds (some beds have USB A sockets but they doesn't work with Iphones). You must have your own powerbank fully charged.
A girl in the front desk refuse to giving me a fork because she "was busy".
