Location was perfect. We were going to a concert at Royal Arena so the hotel being 5 mins walk away and reasonably priced meant it was spot on.
Parking is perfectly placed next door and they do inform you that hotel designated spots are limited on level 1. We arrived just after 4pm and all hotel spots were already taken. I got one on the next floor up (literally drove up the ramp) and paid 50kr more through EasyPark.
My only gripe is that my pillow smelled fishy (more so than normal as part of the industrial washing that happens on hotel linens) and there we no extra pillows in the room. But that’s a small one.

Very good value for money. We did not want to spend too much on accommodation, but we also needed a room that could accommodate three people and was wheelchair-accessible. Four Points Flex offered everything we needed. The rooms are modest, but very clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, it is conveniently located next to the metro and train station, from where you can easily reach both the city centre and the airport without any hassle.
The beds were okay, but the mattresses were a bit too soft for my preference. If you prefer firmer mattresses, you might not sleep as well here. However, after four nights, I didn’t experience any stiffness, so overall it wasn’t too bad.

About a 10 min walk from the train staion - whole journey to the airport takes about 20 mins (watch out for DSB delays tho).
It's right beside burger king and about 2 mins walk to Netto (grocery store). The room was a good size and had shower essentials such as shampoos and body soap.
Staff was welcoming and check-in was easy.
There's free wifi, although it wasn't the fastest.
The road to the hotel is quite bumpy because of cobble stones and some small construction so it can be a struggle to drag a 20kg suitcase with you.
Breakfast is edible but I wish there was more options.

The beds were very comfortable, I have no complaints about that. The staff were also very helpful with our extra requests (such as providing an iron). The location is great as well, with very easy access to both the city center and the airport.
I don’t think it was worth the price I paid. It’s quite expensive.
First of all, the room was very small. There wasn’t even a proper wardrobe with doors or a mini fridge.
There not much space to move around or put our suitcases.
However, considering how expensive it is, I definitely expected better facilities and overall conditions.

Room ok, good to be able to open window since it was warm. Comfortable beds.
The breakfast was tasty and there were different things to choose from, BUT I missed more vegetables and maybe a fruit salad. First morning there were no vegetables, second morning there was some paprika. Apples and pears, but a fruitsallad or a berry mix would have been fresh. The drinks were also way too concentrated and sweet.

Despite the name “by Sheraton” this is quite a basic hotel, whose major advantage is proximity to the Royal Copenhagen Arena and convenient short distance to the airport and other transportation. Rooms are ok, though modestly equipped. Breakfast is also simple, but I liked egg omelette served instead of the usually ugly hotel scrambled eggs.
Nothing particular, you get basic sleeping for a decent price.

The beds are very comfortable and fluffy - offering free water to guests at the entrance was also a very nice touch! Absolutely fits the purpose for short-term stays.
Male hotel staff at check-in and check-out - you could tell that person clearly isnt happy doing the job, and sadly that shows off to the customers as well. We would have wished for some more friendliness and customer care rather than being treated as if we shouldnt be there.

The hotel was close to a metro station. A shopping centre near the station and small shop in the building next to the hotel were good for purchasing gifts.
Room was small, hardly enough to pass from door to the beds without overstepping bags/suitcases. Beds were similarly very small. There were no tea/coffee making options in the room, no fridge, no ironing equipment. Breakfast was basic. There were no vegetarian hot meal items.

The hotel only had single duvets. I requested a bigger one but they did not have any and I was informed the whole hotel only used single duvets. Additionally, there was no option for coffee in your room I would have liked a kettle and some instant coffee. Lastly the bar did not take cash.

New building and newly furnished rooms. Might be a good airport option since with train it takes only 5-10 mins to arrive. Train/metro Station is 500m away.
Shower has a curtain and it has stains on it.
At our arrival, no shower gel and shampoo at the shower. After we request next day, one (all in one) was left in our room. (There is three spaces)
From time to time, drain smell comes from bathroom.
One day, we were with missing towels, next day recovered.
Fire alarm went off, we were worried. Staff told us it was a false alarm (not a drill). we waited for 15
Mins with extreme noise inside the small room, then the fire truck came and deactivated the alarm.
There is no proper storage inside the room. I can understand the concept but within a limit. Two persons, three days, we had real trouble with our clothes. Remained inside the luggages during the whole stay. There is only some hangers which is never enough.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms do look very nice as does the lounge. The property is at a great location, 5 minutes walk away from the metro and the train station, and there’s a supermarket and shopping mall right next to it. It’s also 10 minutes from the airport by train.
No AC during a heatwave, which seems to be the case in Denmark, but we didn’t even have a fan. We had to take the receptionists fan to be even a bit more comfortable. The windows barely opened, and apparently you could open them fully but nobody thought to tell us this during our stay. The sheets also had what looked like dried blood on them, and our shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom.
