the view was the best part of the room. they have hair dryer, kettle and iron available in the room. also there were plates, cups, cutlery available close to the room. Less than 10 min walking to the metro station (there are two options). Great neighborhood.
The room was too warm when we arrived, it felt like a sauna. The bathroom is not so good. One of the beds was ok and the other one was way worse. The blinders weren't enough to dark the room, as the sun rise around 4, it was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was great - within walking distance to attractions but in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It was also close to Østerport St. which is one of the main train stations.
Self check-in was also smooth. We liked the kitchen in the room and used it to cook food a couple times. We would definitely come stay here next time we are in town.

My wife liked the space, this is a large apartment, the weather was poor outside but the apartment was well heated and furnished particularly in the kitchen department. the area is very good, quiet, close to a park and the British embassy, close to the railway and metro stations and buses run through the road at regular intervals. We mostly walked into the town centre which took about 20 minutes. The little mermaid is a short walking distance away. There are many local shops and supermarkets within a few hundred metres of the apartment.
There was nothing we did not like (apart from the weather, it rained! ), but the chairs were not the most comfortable, although durable.

This was my second time staying here, and as before it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, and the price was fair for Copenhagen. I especially appreciated having a fridge in the room and the tea/nescafe and tableware provided so that I could have snacks and beverages.

I really liked the location of the stay. The neighbourhood is nice, and it's good connected to the public transport. There are also nice bakeries and lunchrooms in the neighbourhood. And the room was nice as well. The room is quite spacious. We had a great stay here. I experienced the room as warm/cozy space. The check-in was very easy and went well, it's was a self check-in.
I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the neighbours. So I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask because of the light. The bedroom is very small, it's fine for a short stay but don't forget your flipflops for the shower, because it's a cold floor and there is no division between the toilet and the shower. but overall, except for the noise i liked this place and could recommend it.

The staff was nice, but there was little interaction. The location was okayish if you plan to use the trains around Denmark. The complementary teas and such were a nice addition - they were not the usual cheapest thing you can find, but they tasted nice. The room was really clean and great value for money.
The 5th floor was the 5th + half floor to the attic. The room was cold, which was okay, but I expect it gets unbelievably hot in the summer. The bathroom was a bit small. The view was supposed to be a city view, but it was only a view of another building on the opposite and the rooftops of other similar buildings.

The bedroom's curtains let pass all the sunlight which is annoying when you are sleeping and the light awakes you at 5 a.m. I would suggest to install darker and thicker curtains.
The apartment's sound isolation could be much better, you could clearly listen all the street and car noises.

We were preparing for walking flights of stairs but got lucky and got checked in into a studio at the ground floor with entrance straight from the street. It was tiny but comfortable and had everything my friend and I needed for the three night stay.
The kitchen was well equipped. The whole place was clean and comfortable. The location is great- about 30min walking to the centre, or less than 10min to metro and train station Ostreport. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, there's a few grocery stores very close and an amazing bakery across the street.
The kitchen and bathroom seemed to have the heating on at all times, which made the whole place really warm and we didn't know how to regulate it.
The check-in system is quite weird, as the reception is open only during short hours, so they send you an elaborate instuction on how to actually get into your studio. It's all fairly easy, though, and once you're there, it all makes sense

Location of the flat is great, near the centre, close to a metro station and in a calm, safe neighbourhood. Room size was good, with all basic necessary things - comfortable bed, desk, fridge, hairdryer, closet, Wi-Fi, power outlets near the bed. There are plates, glasses, coffee and tea available too.
Curtains on the window are clear, so in the morning there is so much clarity in the room. Bathroom is rather small, with the shower space being practically together with the sink. On the day of my check-out I guess the cleaning person tried to enter in the room before the check-out time while I was getting out of the shower, so that was uncomfortable.

Great location not far from the railway station and easily reachable by public transport. There's a little bike shop just down the road where you can hire bikes, which made the whole city very accessible as there are bike trails everywhere. The room was small but cosy and had everything we needed. I loved the big windows and that you could open them. Very comfortable beds.
Suggestion: If you're not fit choose a room lower as there are five flights of stairs to climb - which didn't bother us.

This is very close to downtown Copenhagen with an easy walk. There is also a train station very close by. The street is very quiet and you feel as though you are living as a local if that is what you are after. The staff are very accommodating although they are not always immediately available as the office is closed. However, when necessary staff is always a phone call away to assist if required. The free laundry service was great and much appreciated. The courtyard is lovely and really makes you feel like you are a resident rather than a tourist. The studios are well equipped for what you need to make simple meals.
Nothing really. It's a basic, clean, place to stay with pretty much what you need as long as you are not expecting luxury.
