It is a beautiful hygge space with a lot of character, love and care put into it. It's also very clean and the staff are lovely.
You can hear everything due to the age of the building, my sleep was disrupted every night and morning by the sounds of the heavy doors. Due to the door design and lock mechanism the sound of opening and closing any door in the corridor can be heard loudly in the room. This happens a lot because of people needing to use the shared bathroom.
The amenities in the room also don't include a kettle or fridge and the kitchen is for use by the staff only. They do provide hot water in a flask in the living room and tea and coffee but its not really a suitable place to eat or store your own food.

Its really stylish and comfortable. 5 minutes walking from metro. Very friendly stuff.
For all not so attentive people like me, my room didnt have toilet and shower (maybe there are some rooms that have it, I dont know). Yes it was the next door but it was shared with other guests. We stayed just one night so its ok, but if its problem for you check twice.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I travelled for work to attend a UN meeting. The location was perfect for both walking around and walking to the UN city. The place is stunning with incredible attention to detail. The staff is extremely kind, and the breakfast is amazing. Even if you share the bathrooms, they were cleaner than any hotel rooms I have been in! It was an absolutely fantastic experience. You will feel at home in this place!

Cozy hotel. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Neighborhood was calm yet had restaurants and cafes you could go to.
The intercom was on the guest room floor so everytime someone rang, we could hear it including at night and early in the morning so we struggled to sleep during the first night because of that. Perhaps the hotel can try doing something about this.

The place is very cosy and breakfast was delicious.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I was there for a course at the hospital and it is in walking distance.

We didnt notice that this hotel has only shared bathrooms and we were quite disappointed by that, although its totally our fault.
Hotel doesnt provide kettle in the room, but you can ask on reception to make you a tea/coffee. After 19.00 they leave a small carafe with hot water which is obviously not enough for all. We tried to make a tea twice and twice carafe was empty. Thats pretty annoying.
But, the cherry on top was the creaky floors. We woke up each night, because of the noise. It was so loud, we thought someone broke in our room. It was awful. Wont stay here again.

Greeted by very friendly young staff who helped with our cases. Free piece of banana cake on arrival - spent time helping us decide where to go in the city. Room was nice. Shared bathrooms were clean. Nice lounge area. Breakfast was ample.
No lift and we were 2 floors up. Room was nice but the mirror on a small dressing table was useless to look in. No other mirror in the room. Copenhagen is a fantastic city. Do not miss Tivoli. However, the city is the most expensive place I have ever been, so save up!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a very cozy feel to it. It felt quite intimate and homey and it was lovely to have a cup of tea or coffee at the hotel after walking around in the city all day. It was also easy to have contact with other guests and was great to have some nice exchanges. The shared bathrooms were always very clean and we never had an issue with having to wait to use the shower/toilet. The location was also great and close to the metro station, though we mostly walked throughout our stay.
The staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times and though they were very helpful they werent always the friendliest. We asked for the coffee to be refilled 3 times and waited over an hour because the staff member had forgotten (as she was preoccupied with other things). On our last day we had the breakfast at the hotel and had to wait over 20 min for the breakfast to arrive which meant we had to eat it in a hurry to be on time for our flight. The member of staff apologised for the delay and said her colleague was ill and had cancelled last minute so we of course understood. But it seems more staff might be needed to avoid these kinds of situations and create a better experience for the guests

It was a beautiful hotel with a thoughtful design and home-like feel, while still being very tasteful. Shared bathrooms, common room and breakfast areas were beautiful, pleasant and clean and we got to know some of the staff and other guests in a short stay. The organic breakfast was delicious but additional to the hotel cost. The neighbourhood is just north of the centre and conveniently located to a metro stop that is well-connected. We didn't have enough time to explore it and the areas around but there's plenty to enjoy at a short distance as well. Louisa and the other staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was nice and the room was quite big which was great. The bed was also comfortable. They did try and work with me since I showed up around 10am and check-in wasn't open nor was my room yet available. Overall the staff I spoke to was very friendly. They let me store my luggage and use the bathroom early. Metro is close by.
The window for check-in is very slim and if you show up any time outside those hours you need to arrange a separate way to get the keys. This was a huge pain because I showed up in the morning before check-in and was then out until late at night with friends in the city center (which is not very close- 20min or more by public transport). At 8am people were vacuuming and cleaning outside the room which was pretty annoying if you're trying to sleep. For the lack of guests I saw there I found it surprisingly loud. It was missing a plug beside the bed to charge any sort of devices (I unplugged a light instead). The shared bathroom wasn't really an issue although some of the bathrooms are much nicer than others, which I wasn't told at the start, and would have been nice to know.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and common areas were beautifully decorated. It was the perfect combination of hotel luxury and the feeling of living like a local. We got a room very close to the shared bathroom and we never had to wait in line.
You have to carry your bags up a steep stair to get to the hotel and the corridors and some of the toilets felt a bit cramped. However, the rooms were light and with lots of space. The shared bathroom experience was a first for me, and I was a bit skeptical, but it was no problem for us, just something to consider that you are comfortable with.

All communal bathrooms. The doors have proper key locks so it is noisy at night when people are moving to/ from their rooms to the bathroom.
Our room was the other side of the showers and toilets so experienced a bit of noise when in use.
The people in the room next to us came back drunk at 2am and woke us up.
Our room was above the balcony and when people were smoking the smoke came through our window. Had to keep the windows closed. Would be good to ban smoking on the balcony.
