The hotel is located closed to the famous area of Nyhavn, but on the less busy side so it was quiet, and very close walking distance to Nyhavn and shopping area.
The room size is not too big but comfortable for 2 people with 2 big suitcases
Housekeeping took our belongings from the room as mistakenly that belonged to the hotel. Reported to hotel staff but they did not find them. I never experienced in any hotels that housekeeping took something out from the room during the stay, if we do not put them in the trash. Very big disappointment. No proper apology from the hotel staff, they acted as this was not the hotel’s fault.

We arrived to welcoming calming aromas, dried flower arrangements and greeted by charming sister twins at reception as well as complimentary wine (Friday evening) in cozy bar. This hotel has delightful restaurant, very comfortable, roof top bar, all amenities and extremely comfortable beds and it is a very nice area of Copenhagen. I would have given this hotel more stars if I could. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel

Somehow this hotel is both on a quiet street AND in the middle of busy Copenhagen. The staff are helpful, kind, and professional. Our room was small but perfect- the heated tile floor in the bathroom was the little luxury I didn't know I wanted. Everything was impeccably clean. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and congratulated ourselves several times throughout the week for choosing such a lovely place. :)

The whole vibe of the hotel! We stayed a week before Christmas and the hotel was just so cozy and decorated so beautifully!
Location is just behind the main canal strip. Easy enough to get to via public transport from the airport. Lots of transport hubs just a short walk away.

Room was small, but we knew this when we booked just didn’t expect it to feel so tight! The bathroom is a tight squeeze too. We booked the small deluxe double so if you don’t like small tight spaces I would recommend sizing up!

We did not have the hotel's breakfast but the bar food, wine, cocktails and service of the bartender were excellent.The lounge area esp. with the fire-place is very cozy and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant The Shrimp was outstanding for its food and service.
Would be nice to have bathrooms and bedroom slippers because we were cold in the bedroom. The narrow corridor and steps to get to our room were not conducive for large suitcases.

The location is very central and within walking distance of most things.
The rooms are very small and the bathroom exceptionally small - there is no room for a shower door, just a curtain, so water gets everywhere. Our room was very hot despite it being below freezing when we visited in January and so we had to run AC just to cool the room to a habitable temperature. The window opened onto the internal atrium, so lacked access to fresh air. On the 2nd night the AC failed so we had a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

The hotel computer systems must have been hacked as we had 4 scam WhatsApp messages from different companies before hand with my details and stay dates and then another 6 messages of different sorts which may or may not have come from the hotel asking us to download software to check in and to verify my bank card details. By the time we got to the hotel I was convinced that we wouldn’t even be able to get in because I refused to download an app which would get us into the hotel. Never have I had such a negative pre-stay experience.
The room was smallish, too hot (the ac sounded like an aircraft landing) and I’m convinced the workmen who were doing up the hotel were working all night across the hall.
We have stayed in Copenhagen many times and this was our worst stay. I would not go back.
