Room was very cozy and the bed comfy, the large TV was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, just a little bit of variation would be nice if you stay longer than 2 nights. The stuff especially during breakfast is very friendly and attentive.
The room is a bit noisy - you can hear everything in the hallway and from the street too - a least when you are on the first floor.

Probably one of the best spots to stay in Copenhagen, the area is beautiful and lots of bars/restaurant and little stores, whatever you wsmt to see, its always just a walk or short bike ride away. We had rooftop with balcony and a lil seaview <3
Sadly, even though it fits with the charm of the hotelrooms we basically could hear everything that happend on the floors. So yeah the sound proofing is definitely they could work on but other than, it has been a great pleasure staying at scandic front cph

The harbour view from the Superior Room was magnificent !
The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff very friendly.
The "superior" room was of lowest imaginable quality, several items broken or not working, the toilet hardly flushed, and the heating was way too hot, without possibility to set it lower. Despite the magnificenr view, the room was not worth 230 euro per night!

One open, joyful and positive girl in the reception
Stayed five nights in four rooms as I had to change rooms for number of reasons.
1. Extra bad smell in no.522 a room that should not be let out to anyone
2. Replaced by room 512 which had no view except a brick wall 10 meters across
3. Complimentary replacement by the nice receptionist to room 404, but turned out to have a clogged toilet
4. Replace for the last night to room 204, the only room that I was content with but then my visit to CPH was over and check-out at 12:00
Reception manager Cecille was rude and condesending when I complained at check-out. No possibility of refund or compensations despite my complaint and no responce to my follow-up letter to the management sent now ten days ago.

Loved our stay — highly recommend!
The location is fantastic and made getting around super easy. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from start to finish, which really added to the experience. Breakfast was solid with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Would happily book again.
A couple of small downsides to mention: the facilities felt a bit limited/basic, and while the cleaning policy was clearly communicated, it wasn’t very convenient in practice. Nothing that ruined the experience, but it would be great to see these areas improved.

Very close to Nyhavn but positioned on a quiet street so noise was not a problem. Attractions such as the Little Mermaid Statue and shopping districts are within walking distance. Hotel Staff was very nice and prompt in check in and out procedures at the hotel even in early/late hours.
The room did seem slightly dated, but would not stop me from staying at this location again. The internet was slightly spotty sometimes disconnecting and requiring another authentication upon reconnection.

Very dusty in the room. Overall clean but a lot of dust on the shelves and some surfaces in the room. Day staff was super nice. Night staff an middle-aged man had an very bad attitude and customer service when we explained nicely that the windows let in cold air from outside in our room. He helped us find another room but the encounter was very hostile.

There were 2 ladies in the reception that were very kind, looked up and smiled every time we walked by. The other two were glued to their screens.
- Toilet in the first room stopped working, had to move rooms. Thank you for the upgrade.
- In the new room, the hook on the wall to hang our jackets broke off.
- Instant coffee sachets in the room is not real coffee.
- The gym needs urgent maintenance. check the cables please. Can lead to accidents!!!

The view from our room was a construction site, a bit messy . This didn't really affect us, no noise. We were out all day and evenings.
