We stayed at this hotel for 4 days (3 nights). Overall the location and the room were fine, and the hotel itself is nice, which is why everything that was wrong was particularly disappointing for us.
During our stay we requested room cleaning only once. Unfortunately, the service was very minimal. The bed linen was not changed - the bed was only made and arranged again, not replaced. There were visible stains on the sheets even after housekeeping, which clearly showed that the bedding had not been changed.
In addition, tea and sugar were not refilled, and in the bathroom the towels we left on the floor (clearly to be replaced) appeared to have only been folded and put back rather than changed, as our hair from the previous day was still on them.
There was also an issue with the shower - the water drained very poorly and it seemed the drain had not been properly cleaned.
If we had not decided to request housekeeping that day, we would probably have left a good rating. For a stay of several nights, we expected proper cleaning and fresh linen and towels. Otherwise the hotel was pleasant, which makes this situation even more unfortunate for us.

I stayed at this hotel very recently. The room is very clean and functional, and with a nice design. It would be helpful though if the room had a small fridge. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Although it is not located close to the city center, the metro station is only a one-minute walk away and you can reach the city center without changing lines. Recommended if you want to stay a bit outside the city center.

I stayed at the Ibis Styles Γrestad in Copenhagen and overall the experience was very positive. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a quiet area that is still well connected to the city center thanks to the metro. The room was comfortable, well organized, and perfect for a few daysβ stay. The staff was also kind and helpful throughout the whole stay.
The only small inconvenience was that the day before our departure the room was not cleaned. It was not a big issue, but since the service had been punctual on the other days, it surprised us a bit.
Apart from this small detail, the stay went very well and I would still recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a modern and practical place to stay in Copenhagen.

The friendliest staff. Perfect location for the Bella Center. The bed is very confortable. The area and the hotel are very quiet.
No toilet brush in the room. There could be a few more vegan options for breakfast (maybe vegan sausage or vegan bacon to go with the beans and toast ?) as well as in the hotel restaurant (no vegan option per se in the menu, only a vegetarian burger and a vegetarian salad). There could also be more cushions (only 3 for 2 people bedroom.)

Location is the best to reach out to the city with metro. Classic ibis styles unique decor with comfort. We were there for an event at the fair center which was also in a walking distance.
Breakfast area was not the best to navigate around and also limited seating options. However the event had a big impact and the hotel was accommodating many of them.

The location itself is a bit uninspiring. It has very few restaurant options that quickly fill up so make sure to reserve in advance! We ended up having dinner in the hotel which was fine.

Some rooms have their windows towards the train tracks and it can get quite noisy if you have your window open throughout the night.

Location was brilliant. The tram stop is literally a stone's throw (assuming you are ok at throwing a stone) away. Very easy and convenient to get into the city. The hotel is ok, as expected for the price. Breakfast can be busy with not enough tables and food is adequate with something to suit everyone. The room is ok with a little ledge at the window for sitting on, not massive but has everything you need. Decor is "urban" with graffiti downstairs and the room is a bit dark. The tram does run right past the window and I was worried it would be noisy but it's not an issue, we were at the front on floor 7. Copenhagen is gorgeous, lots of green spaces and lots of great places to eat. We didn't eat in the hotel but used the free tea and coffee machine at reception after a day walking in town to recharge our batteries, nice wee area to relax. we found a nice place just round the corner from the hotel when we were waiting to go to the airport and it was reasonable food at a good price. Everywhere in town is a wee bit more expensive than Edinburgh but as long as you know that in advance just enjoy.
