It is very well located. Clean and we'll designed rooms, acceptable fresh breakfast.Just few minutes away from Tahrir Square and main bus staion. Easily accessable to a lots of museums. Workers are good, ready to help. Some of them having enough English. If you don't want to be annoyed by the traffic ask them to give you a room not facing the main street which is pretty noisy. The hotel apperance is not so visible, it is on the second floor of a building. I didn't like the entrance of the hotel, looking creepy. I believe they have to do something about it.

The night staff and services were very bad. Hotel toilet was not working properly but the night staff didn't help and said we can't do anything. The receptionist was also not polite. The entire staff need training. Breakfast was also not arranged on time and eventually, we missed the breakfast as we got our tour booked. In short, it was not a good experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were helpful and friendly . location was good for downtown Cairo.
The entrance was not pleasant, it was dirty with lots of construction mess and noise . It was also very noisy at night time which made it difficult to sleep.
No kettles or tea things in the rooms and breakfast was very very basic . We only had breakfast 1 of the 3 days we were there as their breakfast didnโt start until 9am which is quite inconvenient.
booking. com policy stated check in was from 12 but we had to wait over an hour until 1.15pm for our room to be prepared .
Lift up to the hotel is very old and unsafe , steps up to the hotel are dirty and messy with the construction works.
Wifi was weak and unreliable.
There was only 1 liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom and even that wouldnโt work properly. No other toiletries were provided.

The hotel is very modern inside, itโs very clean and comfortable, beds are great & clean, rooms are spacious, clean & modern, staff are excellent very accommodating, friendly, helpful and always happy. The hotel is located city centre just step out of the hotel and everything is a walk away, a lot of night life around the hotel, your options are endless, great location!
nice views from the room, the hotel always has someone friendly at the front desk they all go above and beyond to help you with everything another thing i liked is that the hotel has cameras everywhere which gives me more peace of mind with added security in and around the hotel.

Convenient and great location and liked the view of the street. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and the staff were incredible, very helpful and friendly! Really is a lovely little hotel.
Unfortunately the street noise is quite loud so I did have sleeping issues some nights. Hotel should invest in some soundproof windows in the future. However it isn't too bad if you have ear plugs

The location.
The "hotel" is a part (the 2 floors) of a building in a block of flats.
Using a very "strange" elevator you can see the situation of the building which is in part distroyed/abandoned...
The bed quality was too bad...

The room was big, looked quite modern with beautiful colour blue wall and blue bed covers.
The beds were also quite big, we had a triple room with one single bed and 2 double beds, so plenty of space.
The Wi-Fi worked really well.
Staff were friendly.
The bathroom had no proper shower, not even a curtain.
The room had 3 windows but only 2 had curtains, thereโs a lot of light coming through.
The whole night there was an annoying noise, like if there were birds walking on the ceiling.
There was also a lot of noise from the street.
The breakfast was served very late, only at 9:15 in a horrible room. Breakfast itself was also awful, no plates were put on the table, not even a tea was served to us.
The entrance of the building can scare the life out of you as well as the elevator, we always took the stairs.

The hotel is worth the stay, it is cheap but very well equipped. The biggest advantage is the central location, with only 5 minutes walk to the city ceter. Although the location is so central, there was no issue with noise at all. The staff members were very kind and helpful with our things and the directions. Overall a pleasant stay exceeding the expectations.
The only issue was a shower placed almost directly over the toilet as the bathroom was pretty tiny.
