The staff were lovely very helpful catering to our every need, polite happy and the attention to detail was exceptional, the best from the beach were second to none with and abundance of coral wildlife to scuba or snorkel on your doorstep the food was incredible fresh and the variety was unbelievable catering for every nationality. The waiting staff and managers could not do any more and went above and beyond to to make our stay a five star experience. Not only that there is so much entertainment including the selection of beautiful swimming pools for adults and children yoga daily for the mums and activities for the children while dads can walk across the road to the exclusive golf course which I found to be top class, the ground was soft and a delight to play on with very fast buggyβs at an additional cost if your not relaxing by the exceptionally clean swimming pools or just floating round the lazy river or getting a spa in the hotel leisure complex there is a satisfactory gym if you feel like a little workout. the price of this hotel was extremely satisfactory for what you get finding more and more restaurants. If you would like the seafood restaurant or the Lebanese booking the evening before is advised because they are always full. This hotel is located on shore line with a small and beautiful walk down to the beach and jettyβs where there is an abundance of wild life waiting for you to be explored with full time lifeguards always keeping watch with jumping and diving areas . We stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Royal Wing, our room was by the pool, it was large and comfortable. The rooms were clean. The night view of the hotel with the green palm trees and the blue pool was very beautiful. There were reefs in the sea, we watched the submarine with our masks . Our meal at the dolphin restaurant was delicious. We thank the manager Δ°brahim Emam and everyone working there for their interest.

We returned to this resort for the second time, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. It was the ideal place to end our vacation on a high note.

The hotel was fabulous, it had everything you could possibly need. Lots of restaurant choice, beach right on the doorstep and a salon! Rooms were very clean, stocked up and had plenty of space. Staff were so helpful and friendly and they made our stay very comfortable. The hotel has lots to offer including excursions, treatments and services.
One thing I will say is that the sales staff hassled us abit too much however that is the same across the whole country so is to be expected, we just thought they would be abit more relaxed in an all inclusive resort.
Additionally, I was abit disappointed that we could only have 1 al a carte diner per stay as they had so many options and we all have different tastes it was hard to choose just one!

We are group of 5 friends staying at this lovely hotel 6 days. Our rooms were excellent, very clean and enough space. Food is excellent, you can choose every day many meals, sweets etc. Employees and management of the hotel are very polite, they do everything we ask to make our vacation great. One thing to fix is the behaviour of staff working on main pool bar and Dolphin bar ice cream station. They are a bit aggressive. Not all people but only one person at each bar was like that. Other than these two all staff of hotel was very very nice.

Hotel lays near the beautiful reef where you can observe underwater beauties. Beach is so cool, well designed and lifeguards are always watching in case of emergency. We experienced Tagine and Lebanese La Carte restaurants and enjoyed them especially Mezze the Lebanese restaurant is highly reccomended.
Pools are full of dirt, everyday same food in open buffet restaurant and foods in open buffet restaurant arenβt even close to good. More than 10 times our card didnβt work so we had to walk back to reception to get it renewed that was a big problem. And personels get so tired so they sometimes get angry or conflicted between eachother.

Not much food options (always the same foods and not really tasty) , away from the airport and tourist attractions, people constantly coming up to promote their business etc. by the pool, other people coming from different hotels to the sea and not leaving any space to swim there. Too many bugs and mosquitoes everywhere.

There is not enough activity for kids. The aquapark in royal wings not working and kids club was closed at the days we were there.

A wonderful hotel, perhaps one of the best in terms of price-quality ratio! Friendly staff, I would especially like to highlight Ahmed at the reception and the cleaner of our room, as well as three workers in the canteen including Mohamed Basuen. Very responsible and hardworking guys! I would give them all a bonus or raise their salaries! We attached photos of some of them to the review.
The hotel is located close to the airport, 10-15 minutes drive, very convenient to get to, and the planes never bothered us, it was even interesting to watch a plane descending in the distance against the backdrop of the mountains at sunset. At the entrance there is a barrier and security and after you are met by a huge hotel territory. Lots of pools, entertainment, food, everything is well-groomed and neat. Repairs were carried out in some places, but we did not particularly notice any garbage or inconvenience.
The reef is wonderful, there are a lot of fish and they have already gotten used to tourists and literally envelop you while swimming! We were also lucky enough to see a large manta ray, it just appeared out of nowhere and slowly swam along the reef! There is also a diving (jumping) platform, we had a blast there. Thank you very much!
The only drawback we had was that we had to drag our luggage from the bungalow to the reception ourselves late at night (night flight) because we couldn't get through to the reception by phone to ask for an electric car. But this did not spoil the overall impression of the holiday!

Overall, the hotel has good potential and the property itself was nice.
During check-in, the reception team didnβt give much attention. I was directed to the cashier to pay, then to lunch, and handed an envelope with hotel information. This felt more like a 3-star process rather than a 5-star welcome.
The animation team and entertainment program were boring and lacked energy.
Service during dinner on the terrace needs more care and attention to guests.
During lunch and dinner, only tissue napkins were placed on the tables, while a 5-star hotel should provide cloth napkins, especially for dinner.
Tip cups were placed everywhere, which felt uncomfortable and not in line with a luxury experience.

Even though there isnβt a sandy beach, the hotel has several amazing pools that more than make up for it. The Blue Bay tour company the run the excursion, they are big scam , We had 3 excursions with them through the agent Mohsen who is a big lair he charge us triple the price and didnβt driver the service he promised we found about the prices from other hotels gusts who shares our tour.
Blue Bay Diving Center is a big scam donβt ever use it.
The bad thing they are the only source for tour in the hotel . The hotel is so far from anywhere.

My favorite was definitely the Lebanese restaurant. The staff there were extremely respectful and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the Lebanese restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed El-Sayed, and the Chef Amr Mohamed, who personally came to greet usβit was such a nice gesture.
I also want to thank Mohamed Gamal and Mohamed Basiony from the main restaurant. Their service was outstanding, also thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Suleiman from the Egyptian restaurant Tajin. The food there was exceptional, and the service was absolutely outstanding.
The only downside was that the room furniture, especially in the bathroom, felt outdated and didnβt reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel. The corridors leading to our room on the second floor also looked worn out and could really benefit from renovation, new paint, updated flooring, and thorough cleaning. These areas donβt match the luxurious feel of the hotel, and I hope they will be updated soon.
