The location was great! The walk to central bit of town/lake was only about 10 mins that were very enjoyable and scenic. The facility is modern and spacious even for 3 people. The parking on site is available and easy to access.

Honestly, we stayed for 1 night it was convenient, the location was excellent and the staff were friendly.
The room was spacious and had everything you need in case you wanted to cook.
I liked the fact that the bathroom was prepped for those who need assistance.
I didn’t find the bed and the pillows to be comfortable, the room was hot the AC was barely working.
The wifi was slow.

The location makes this easy to find and a short walk from the train station. When we arrived the hotel staff were really happy and welcoming. Our room was perfect, clean, comfortable and we had plenty of space with an added kitchen etc. Its close to everything to need, 5 min walk to the old town and 7 min walk to the lake. The shopping in Annecy is amazing with all the brands and high street stores like Zara/HM just across the road in a shopping mall. There is a nice bar in the hotel across the street called the Craic.
Nothing we didnt like.

The location is just perfect! A few steps from the train/bus station, but in the safe and clean side. Very good price/quality option for a short visit in Annecy. The people at the front desk were all super helpful and kind at all times.
It could have been just a little cleaner, but it wasn't bad at all, we had a great stay there.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and I even received a bottle of local wine for my birthday. We had a 30m2 apartment which was very well designed with a small kitchenette and a living area separate from the sleeping area. It had Japanese style screens which slid across to separate the areas. The underground parking has direct access to the lift and to the apartments. It is just a short walk from the centre of Annecy and five minutes from the old town and the lake.

The location is good, very close to the train station. The reception area is very comfortable, and they offer luggage storage. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive.
The cleanliness was lacking. The floor was dirty, and there was also dust on some surfaces. The towels looked dirty (not stained). The room was somewhat cold.

The hotel was clean and nice , helpful staff ,awesome location 5 mins from the main bus station. The room itself was uncomfortable because of how it was designed . All 3 bedrooms on first floor so we had to leave our suitcases downstairs . 3 toilets but quite weird that the toilet that had a WC, downstairs had no hand basin , so we couldn't really use that toilet. The 2 toilets upstairs were as good as one , because 1 had shower + sink , another one had WC + shower and no sink.

The staff were very warm and accommodating. The location was great. Breakfast options were few and it was a bit cramped. We had some issues with the beddings, fridge and lights but have informed the staff about it already. We liked that they had refreshments in the lobby, an electric piano and books. I recommend this hotel!

Location of the hotel is excellent. You can reach the center on foot very quickly (10minutes walk to the lake).
Room was surprise, the core of the hotel is very old and the renovation is done just very poorly. We had broken sofa, the room was clean if you don´t check the details.
Parking is great, just under the hotel. Not comfy for big cars. We have classic hatchback and I was glad I got there.
Breakfast was a joke. I was excited to have a breakfast in France and it was the worst experience over all my traveling in Europe. Unfrozen breads (no great real french baguettes). Poor choices, food was missing very often. The breakfast room was very small and it happend to us we had to go back and wait. For the price (17 EUR I think) it was disaster. You can have a great breakfast in café around for the similar price.

The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and very convenient for exploring the area.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming and available when we had questions. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable
Firstly, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which made it quite inconvenient as we had to use the stairs every time, which took a lot of time and effort.
Secondly, the room wasn’t very well soundproofed — we could clearly hear the noise from the street, which affected our comfort.

We booked 3 studios and all of then had a strong smell of onion and cigarettes although its non smoking, it was so horrible that i was mot able to take a nap
Also, the studio furniture is over used which made me a bit digusted to use any of them

Location is awesome as it’s right next to the train station. The staff was great and the rooms were updated and nice! I like that it had a brutal water fill station in the lobby. I honestly find the price of this hotels along with others just way too high. The hotel was great it just doesn’t need to coast this much.
Beds could have been more comfortable
