The staff were not so friendly. According to the Booking page, the check-in starts at 16 hs, however, the room was only ready after this period. Considering that the check-out is 11 AM, I cannot understand how 5 hours were not enough for cleaning and tidying a small room.

Adjusting air-condition was so complicated I failed. Mentioned private parkings in the hotel's description are a vague option. Don't rely on that. They cannot be reserved. I arrived minutes after the check-in-time and they were completely booked out.

Photos on Booking.com are misleading:
- You only see the beautiful historical facade but the hotel is much larger than that facade, with an ugly modern architecture where the entrance is.
- The swimming pool looks like a good size on the pictures although it’s tiny in real life
- Rooms looked a good size on the pictures. In the one I had, there was hardly any room outside the beds.

The hotel was great. The best part was the beds - very comfortable. The location is right on the edge of town so it's quite but takes only minutes to get to the city center.

A nice hotel near the centre. Good sized room and nice breakfast.
The private parking was full and so was the public parking nearby . The suggestion by receptionist that we could park on the street was not possible either as it was a fiesta day .We ended up a long way away from the hotel parking on the road . My husband is 80 years old and had to keep trying to find somewhere safer to park . I fell that reception could have helped us a little more !
The restaurant had only three plates on offer - all cold .
Coffee/ tea facilities in the room would be nice .

The location is excellent for exploring the older part of town.
The fellow at reception helped me sort out a rental car issue. He tried to help me himself and then found someone else who knew what to do. This was a big deal to me! I was very grateful.

The location was excellent to get to most of the old town and historic sites, there are restaurants & shops nearby and all throughout the city center. It's a pretty long walk to the museums but if you are fit it's doable. There was a nice rooftop pool, we didn't use it but saw others enjoying it. They had restaurant and breakfast area, we went elsewhere because there were 2 tour buses so it was busy & we wanted to check out the town anyway. The room was sizable, ours had a little step out balcony, desk, sofa, and included a bath tub which was great after walking so much. We were able to park for free on a side street. It seemed quite safe there. There's a lift to get up first set of stairs, an elevator to reach rooms.
There were lots of ants walking in a trail in the hall & through the room when we got there, by the end of our stay they were gone though. The A/C didn't work well and it was hot & uncomfortable (for me), leaving the windows open wasn't a good option due to rain at night (late September). I was not jazzed about having carpet in the rooms, I kept my shoes on. I had bites that I couldn't explain, I didn't see any bugs (I looked!) but I had quite a few bites on my back and arms after leaning against a decorative bed pillow for a while as we planned our outings. The tub was elevated so beware if you are unsteady on your feet or get help.

Location was good and central. Could get on with our foot tour right away. And our Camargue 4x4 Safari took off directly in front of the Atrium Hotel. The room was fine, not too small and had all one needs. Nothing fancy but fine. Breakfast was also fine... a little of everything but nothing exceptional. Even eggs, bacon and sausage were available. Internet connection was good and free.
Actually the only thing we have on the negative side are the carpets in the room and corridors. They are old and they have a smokey smell when you come in the room. After airing the room it was better but this should be changed. The sitting arragements in the entrance hall need to be refurbished. They are simply too old and dirty.

We were touring by car and so we were delighted to be able to park securely in the hotel's underground car park. The hotel was located close to the Roman ruins which were reached by a very easy and pleasant walk. Ideal for our purposes.
WE have no complaints about any aspects of the hotel. It was perfect for our purposes

Good location on the edge of the old town.. ten minutes walk to pretty much everything.. my room was in the old part of the hotel and was a decent size including bathroom.. also no noise from other guests.. hotel has its own underground parking garage for €16/night (Nov 2024)..

Lack of towels. Just two bath towels. No soap. The liquid soap dispenser was empty.. A very slippery bath, dangerous for elderly people.

Unfortunately our room had an I comfortable bed and at night there was a lot of noise - we could hear the water running in other rooms and there was a rattling noise coming from the vents that would intermittently start for hours on end.

The bedroom was very clean and the bathroom too, although it was a little dated and in need of attention. There was a wardrobe , TV and mini fridge in the room. The bed was really comfortable.
The location couldn't have been much better for access to places to visit and eat. The tourist information opposite was a big help.
The two members of staff we dealt with were kind and doing their best.
We were disappointed with the facilities. Building work was going on and it felt like it was in limbo . We didn't eat there as it didn't feel welcoming. Despite what we had been led to believe, there was no kettle in the room for making hot drinks. There was a water dispenser in the foyer but that was all.

Nice Hotel close to the main attractions in Arles. The Amphitheatres are only about 10 mins walk and likewise the Hôtel-Dieu. Many restaurants within easy reach. Comfy bed, nice clean room. Underground parking on site (for a few) was handy. Didn't try the breakfast.

The hotel is under renovation which we did not know about until we arrived. The rooms had not been finished painting, we had to ask for a fridge in the room & also the coffee machine. These are small complaints however, I feel we could have been offered breakfast or a reduction in the price per night.

Beautiful common areas. The second night I got a comfortable room.
The first night, they gave me a room that smelled shockingly bad. I asked for help. The lady at the front desk investigated and identified that it was the sink, so she poured perfume in the sink and sprayed the perfume around the room. Of course that didn’t help—now it smelled like bad plumbing and perfume. When I asked to change, they were full and said they couldn’t. It smelled so bad that I had to sleep in the KN-95 mask that I brought for plane travel.
The next day they did change my room, but refused to offer any sort of discount or apology for the room that they frankly should never have rented. When I pressed, they gave me a free breakfast. That’s it.
