I stayed two nights and reported early the first morning that the washbasin waste was blocked and the electric kettle was defective. No action was taken, so pas de café pour moi. Also, the shower screen leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was excellent value for the price paid.

Have visited before and like the hotel as it’s well located and it has off street parking.
Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t working I highlighted this to reception staff who said there was a wifi problem but gave no resolution to when it might be fixed obviously a more serious fault that was out of their hands.

The restaurant staff in the morning were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was OK
Room was unclean, dusty, carpets messy and dusty, bed worn and saggy, bathroom entry broken floor section just could see no decent vacuum cleaning and we changed rooms twice !! Actually we paid for an upgrade to premier room and was shocked as we have often used Kyriad and we have found 2 star Kyriad in better condition.

Arrogant staff, Room not very clean, Overpriced parking and breakfast. Very bad customer service. My husband ordered breakfast, I didn't because the buffet didn't look very appetizing. I sat with my husband at a table and had the unfortunate idea to take a sip of his coffee for taste. 1/2 hour later at check out time a very young man without good manners insisted that I paid for 2 breakfasts. I strongly disagreed which led to a shouting match inside the lobby. Not being very fluent in French I gave up and paid for a second breakfast to avoid further escalation and embarrasment. However this horrible young man pursued me in the lobby calling me a thief and insulting me with other names. I believe this "boy" should be retrained in customer service and civiity or a better solution would be that he got fired.

We were going to park in the car park but it was full we did arrive a bit late so maybe arrive early if you are going to park. The bathroom situation was a bit wierd we had the toilet in one room and the sink and shower in another. The door to the toilet did not close

We got a good size room with a double and a single bed. The beds are good. They have pillows that form themselves after you. The room has AC. The location is good.
The toilette was separate from the basin and shower, but didn’t have any basin for washing your hands after, you had to go to the shower room for that. The door was squeezing very noisily. Wall to wall carpet is in my view not very hygienic and can cause allergies.

This was my second time staying here. Both times I was given a room with a balcony and a view. Which was nice. No electrical socket next to the bed. This second time I noticed that the sliding door to the balcony did not lock. AT ALL. Which is not good. Not secure. The clerk at the front desk, seeming unconcerned, said that none of the rooms with balconies have locking doors. I asked for a room that that had windows that locked. Got one in the back. It was ok. Not nearly as nice. But for one night I wasn't going to make a fuss. However, this will probably be the last time I stay at this hotel.

Minor point, rooms incredibly warm even with no heating on, AC unit not working (accepting it is Dec) bathrooms do not have air extraction leading to slight but noticeable damp smell.
