Perfect Location in the Centre of town with simple but clean and sufficiently equipped rooms so that I will certainly return with my group.
It’s sometimes a little hot in the rooms and folks in front of the super market can be a bit noisy.

The location is very good. The room was good as well with good bathroom.
The staffs were not friendly. We had stayed there for 5 nights. Despite this fact, they did not allow us to stay for 1-2 extra hours after the actual check-out time. Room cleaning service costs extra charge. Moreover, the staffs were very unfriendly while seeking help with the laundry service using. It is very unusual to see 5 pm as the check-in time while just 10 AM as the check-out time. After checking out, we can wait at the reception desk for additional 1-2 hours, but we are not allowed to go to the bathroom at that time.

best thing is the walk to the Place Jaude, very close. The
The building itself is just a box full of rooms. Breakfast is simple. Not to much choise

The staff was super helpful and nice. Parking was easy — there's a nearby parking garage that they direct you to and validate for.
The room was pretty simple, which was fine for my purposes. A bit loud at night — lots of high rise housing around, and people were occasionally noisy in the hall.

This is like a student residence, with small rooms and narrow hallways. However the room had a small kitchen that was perfect, and there was enough room for 2 people with our suitcases. It was a bit strange figuring out how to get in. The parking was in the underground parking fir a supermarket. Take the elevator up and go out and across the pedestrian path. Use a code to get up and into the apartment residence. There were many other families as well. Once in the room it was nice, and had windows that opened into an inner courtyard. There was dish soap, towels, toilet paper and linen supplied.
It took us time to figure out how to park and get in. There were some homeless people outside the building but they didn’t bother us.

Kitchen facilities, plenty of storage and a balcony. The location is brilliant.
The room was not clean, at night I didn't notice because was too tired from my long trip. When I woke up I saw that the walls were very dirty. On the top I could see spider webs and there was brown stains from food or drink near the kitchen wall by the bin. Inside certain cabinets there was a lot of dust. The pillows had black stains on them too. The toilet bin had rubbish still from the previous people.

Great location in centre of old town. Helpful staff who spoke some English. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate for our short visit.
Rather difficult to find as located in a side street and above the supermarket. The bathroom was very small and constricted. There was no mirror in the bedroom.

Located very centrally, and I didn't feel unsafe as a solo female traveler.
Considering the price point, the accommodation doesn't under deliver.
The 5pm check in time is non-negotiable and painful if you arrive in Clermont-Ferrand in the morning after a long international flight.
The apartment's kitchen was missing many basic items such as a mug, bowl or plate.
The bathroom requires a deep clean.

Relatively low price for a hotel during the short film festival.
The room was not what I expected from the pictures on the website. There was a strong smell of some cleaning detergent that persisted in the room. The carpet in the room looked quite exhausted, stained. The personnel was super nice, however, some of the workers barely spoke any english, very helpful but hard to communicate with.

They didn't register our date change, but they gave us a room anyway and were very friendly about it.
Microwave needs to be moved to be plugged in. Not enough kitchen ware, there weren't any bowls. We slept with the windows open, but the room just wouldn't cool down. A fan would've been appreciated.

Grate location
building from outside is nice. however inside the building looks dirty and smelly. as long as i entered the reception desk , it was smelly en looked dirty and felt not safe. i was happy that my family member did not came with me, otherwise i would have gone to other hotel that is family friendly. the location and outside the building is nice, but unfortunately inside looks really dirty, which then gives you unsafe feeling, like you are surrounded by junkies that just smoke and drink a lot outside and than come in to sleep in the hotel (sorry for this description, but i really fot that feeling). i hope you ll take care how the hotel looks from inside, add some plants/decorations, better light/bright walls.. i think it will look much better and feel safer.
