The male host was very friendly and helpful with local information. His English was excellent, and his female counterpart was also good.
The property was advertised as having four bedrooms with ample space and attractive linensas per advert and pictures. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we found that the en-suite bedroom was only suitable for up to three people and four people felt cramped. Additionally, we experienced disturbances from noise on the main road and from people walking above our room. It’s essential to verify that the room size and pictures accurately match the description before making a booking.

We liked it’s central position and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.
It’s a little in need of attention an an old building showing its age. But superbly situated and a short walk to several good restaurants.

It was my mistake, I forgot to reserve a parking space, I would have had to park on the road. The room was on the second floor with a spiral staircase. I could not negotiate the staircase with my dog and luggage.
The lady at reception was very helpful and booked me into another hotel with a lift and private parking.
Parking on the road and spiral staircase. No lift.

The host was very nice and welcoming. We had a surprise visit from my father and she was able to accommodate him staying at the property as well for the night.
It was very hot and there were no proper options to cool down the room aside from windows open, but the street was very loud and kept waking up the kids.

This is a lovely small hotel on the edge of the old City, easily accessible by car with very secure parking for a small fee.
The lady who runs the hotel is extremely friendly and welcoming, she is also passionate about the city and keen to direct you to the sights.
The rooms are really comfy and my bathroom was pretty big. The parking is in a locked garage so very secure, make sure you pre book it as there are only s few spaces.
Location wise you are a short walk to all the attractions and shops and you must have a wander through the streets, its a beautiful city.
Next time we are in Dijon, we will stay here again

Location is great and that reception was very friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English.
It does NOT have free parking. We filtered for free parking so that was what we expected. It does have reasonable street and garage parking, but not free. Also the bed was too soft so not good for those with bad back conditions. Very little ventilation. We cracked open the window and this meant we could hear everything on the streets...so bring good ear plugs!
