The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, with several major attractions just a short and pleasant walk away. We stayed in a room for four, and it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The building itself is historic, featuring high ceilings that add to the airy and open feel of the room.
We visited during a heatwave, and I must highlight how effective the air conditioning was—it kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable throughout our stay.

This hotel was filled with French charm. It was absolutely lovely. Our room was larger than we anticipated. The location was less than a 3 minutes walk to Norte Dame church. The staff went over and above. The reception desk was very helpful with restaurant suggestions as well as getting a taxi for our trip to the train. I would love to stay here again

Located in the Old Town on a quiet street close to everything - tourist center, restaurants and cafes, shops, museums. One may walk from train station, like 15 minutes easy walk. The staff was very kind and helpful. It is nicely decorated inside and it is kept clean everywhere.
There is nothing to write here.

Very central to old town 2 minutes walk. Good value for money . Building lovely but I had a court yard room so felt claustrophobic
My room was so dark even in the day I had to use my torch to find stuff in my suitcase. Reception couldn't charge it as had a group booking. The stairs were very steep and carpet worn so I was very afraid of slipping as the light only lasted a short while when you pressed it. Possibly great for young fit people but we had requested ground floor and didn't get it .

Our room was on the top floor (walk up - no elevator) and we loved it ("we" are 64 year old me and my 74 year old spouse).Staff took our bags, and even if we were a bit winded by the stairs, the room itself was delightful. Spacious, comfortable and very charming! Basically, we were in a garret (attic) of the type favored by artists of yore. Exposed beams that were centuries old, juxtaposed with all the modern amenities. Charming!!
Oh, and the location of the hotel truly couldn't have been better for seeing the sights. A great experience.

Bed, shower and breakfast were good, the basics under control
The room on groundfloor did not have a window to the outside, the only window opened to the main hall of the hotel. Very noisy due to guests returning late and staff working evening/nightshift

The location was good and the staff was nice. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable and lots of extra pillows.
There were a couple of things that were not maintained well. The bathroom door doesn’t close and the shower head kept falling off when it was used. Stayed only one night or I would have brought it up with the staff.

Great location
The air conditioning didn't work, the plugs and lamps by the bed didn't work and when I arrived I stood outside the door for 10 minutes waiting for the door to be opened - and it was raining with no cover.

Lovely check-in staff
I sent a message upon booking that I wanted a ground floor room because I am in my late 60s and I had a heavy suitcase and I knew there was no lift.
I received a message back which confirmed that I would get a ground floor room.
Upon check-in I was advised that a ground floor room was not available, apparently because some other group booking had come up - that was the explanation.
The stairs up to my room were quite precarious - fortunately they took my suitcase up to my room - but it was still a bit difficult negotiating the stairs.
I think if you ask for a ground floor and it is confirmed - then you should be assured of that booking.

This was a quick stopover on a journey from Italy to UK. Good location and very friendly welcome.
The room was clean but located right on the stair turn and it felt like anyone on the stairs was coming into the room. Similarly, when the person in the neighbouring room used the bathroom I thought they were next to me!!

It was an awesome stay! I really liked the room on the group floor which the hotel provided to me. It was spacious and super cozy, with a fridge, sink and other facilities. I was amazed by it. It was also very clean! The bathroom was fantasic, the bed was very good, I slept very well. And the location is just perfect. Highly recommended!
Great location in a quiet street next to the heart of old Dijon.
Room 300, under the roof is a pearl if you're not afraid of climbing steep stairs.
Some additional complimentary coffee and tea would be nice.

Property location is amazing- very close to everything… it was clean, I was cold first night and had to ask how to open the heaters… but they worked… I just didn’t know how they worked! It’s a nice place!

The building in the historic area, beautiful view and large room. Friendly staff! It was a very warm and a beautiful building. Very clean and charmingly decorated. We also got a great recommendation for delicious restaurant which was a great price. We definitely recommend this hotel! It’s great and deserves a 10!
They do tell you about the stairs, we really enjoyed the staircase and thought it was beautiful and easy enough to climb but if you have mobility issues you should contact and get a room on lower floor.
