Hotel very dirty at the front door of the hotel there are huge cobwebs up to the ceiling, the room smelt of sewage. I do not recommend.

The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from the station. Luggage storage before and after the stay was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was a big plus in exceptionally hot weather. The staff was very helpful. Room service was good.
There were some issues with the shower but were fixed immediately when talked to the staff about it.

The hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it a perfect location if you travel by train or bus.
The hotel room provides many examples of crappy design, which is aesthetically pleasing but does not work well. For example, it was not possible to get cold water from the sink in the bathroom - only hot water. The cap in the sink could be closed but could not be reopened. The window did not open well because the roller blind was in the way. A cabinet door did not close because a fridge was crammed into a too small space.

On the pro site, the hotel is very close to the WTC and the train station, making it very convenient if you travel for a conference at WTC. The cleaning personal was very friendly. We asked if they could clean our room at a specific time, and it was not a problem for them.
The room was a bit worn down, e.g., the shower door did not close properly, which led to a huge puddle after showering. I mentioned this at the reception, and the lady took note; however, it wasn't fixed during our stay. The wifi connection was unstable and slow.
The rooms only have one key, which is especially bad, because the main door closes at 10 pm and on Fridays even in the afternoon.

Close to the station (though from the other side of the station rather than the side facing the city.
I was there for 24 hours from a Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. The receptionist informed that the reception desk would be totally closed from Saturday at 6am until Sunday at 4pm. Also that the bar and restaurant were already closed and would remain so until Monday. For a 3 star hotel this was very surprising. If I had had a problem, needed help or the place was on fire, I would have been on my own. I was shown how to let myself out and in and where to leave the keys when I left. I certainly would never return and want any further travelers staying there to be aware of this situation. Just a very poor deal.

Bed was OK and the size of the room was great
There were no specific cleanliness problems, but there were some design and maintenance faults, for example:
-The bed's side lights took 3 seconds to switch on.
-These lights made a noise called "while coil" or sizzling.
-The bathroom mirror had strange marks (burns or glue).
-The shower's temperature/pressure control was damaged and unusually fragile, so I preferred not to touch it any more to avoid breaking it any further.
-Part of the ventilation grille was detached from the wall, as if an attempt had been made to repair it in vain.
There seemed to be a lack of maintenance for the furniture

Very interesting solution was applied in the hotel for "self-service coffee, vine, beer, etc." based on trust between the guest and the hotel.
The air conditioning didn't work.
The hotel (rooms) needs to be "refreshed" and renovated.
Difficulties in parking the car upon arrival (there is no parking space in front of the hotel, access to the internal parking is troublesome and time-consuming).

Outdated rooms and toilets; no amenities. Air Conditioner did not work on the 5th floor, and it was very warm- so I did not even feel like being in the room.
Breakfast- also poor selection.
The staff are very nice though, they gave me an extra fan, an extension cord, always ready to help. And the location great too.
But overall, I wouldnβt rate this property more than 2 stars. They need to improve else itβs not worth the price tag.

I had to spend a long time to the receptionist that we did not require and she seemed very perplexed and boarder line rude. Also we paid an additional 16euro for onsite parking, we were the only car in the carpark. It was never made clear that we would need to pay for parking so I see this as a hidden cost like the breakfast.
