Spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Amazing view. The restaurant worked in the evening of January 1st and we had a great family dinner there. We were tired after a long journey from Paris and this stop was a hugely anticipated halt which fully satisfied us.

I’m very sensitive regarding pillows. They were not comfortable for me.

Excellent location. The area is bright clean and modern.Next to the railway and bus station.Nice restaurant, food was quickly served and nice and hot and fresh. No fuss.Breakfasr is far too expensive though. It is as expensive as the dinner menu. Please reduce that cost.I think 12 euro is reasonable.

The place is very convenient for the railway station.

Surprised at the poor facilities as this place appears to have four stars. There was NO milk in the room, only one ordinary tea bag which is unacceptable for a supposed 'international' hotel chain. The lid on the kettle was broken off so the kettle didn't switch off when it boiled. The toilet seat was sliding about and was very cheap plastic. When I complained on departure about the problems, the man on reception merely defended the poor facilities and told me that they would have brought milk if I'd asked. Given that I already had to ask for the sofa bed to be made up, despite telling them in advance we wanted to use it, I couldn't be bothered to have further contact with the staff, and I did have sachets of milk with me being a frequent traveller to France and knowing their UHT milk is usually cream for coffee, but that's hardly the point. Also 'bath robes' are advertised, but there's only one in the room. Were were supposed to share? I cannot recommend this place for four stars although it is a useful place to stay when using the train and spending an overnight in Grenoble.

Friendly staff on arrival - we had a slightly later than usual check-in. Room perfectly adequate for a 1-night stop over - double bed with sofa bed for the kids. Sofa bed already pulled out and made up ready. Would have been a bit too cosy for more than a couple of nights, though.

The hotel in good location for all transport and other locations. The hotel ok but the room could do with an upgrade IE; paintwork needs redecorating and the cleaning needs to be better , no milk or tea bags in room no mini bar only water and I only had 1 bottle . Needs a some attention for the price paid I would give 3 star rating not a 4 star .

It was clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Parking lots are big enough and close to the elevator to hotel. Parking entrance is quite narrow, can be difficult to enter for bigger cars.

Was clean, comfortable and warm.

Our room had no working sockets or tv. Offered the adjoining room and told to keep the original keys so we thought they’d given us 2 rooms at no extra cost. At 11pm we were told to vacate the original room. Pretty poor treatment at that time of night!

Good location Comfortable beds

We were on the 7th floor and there was an awful noice in the room. I went back down to the reception to check what it was and I was informed that it would continue to 5pm. That was absolutely fine but why not tell us when we checked in?

Loved everything. Room was clean and bed was amazingly comfy. Room was a good temperature View was amazing Location, location, location! And the carpark was exceptionally secure big 10/10

The breakfast was chaos. Paying £19.50 for eggs on toast is a bit too much. Not much in the way for those who are gluten free. Saw a man use the same utensil for bacon as for the scrambled eggs, not great if you're a vegetarian. In the end everyone was waiting for the items to be topped up, if you weren't quick then you'd miss out. A lot of money for what was offered.

The room was very spacious. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Easy access to the parking by lift. Excellent location, close to the city center and the tram stop. Train station is also very close.

The toilet cover was really old and yellow. Moreover we had issues with our hair dryer it sounded like cutting metal while using it. It also smelled like it was something burning. We informed the receptionist , they said someone would check it but they didn't fix it/change it.
