The staff are excellent and very accommodating and the room was very clean.
I was surprised to read such positive reviews on the food as I personally found it microwaved food that was cold and not very nice which was disappointing. That said we were discounted one meal as a gesture which was appreciated. The rooms are very small and warm and the bathroom smelt when we arrived but this did go once we opened the window and flushed the toilet.

In a quiet location and with a beautiful enclosed garden, which as we are travelling with our dog makes it absolutely perfect. The rooms you stay in with the dogs are quite basic but are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We sat in the garden and had something to eat and drink and the two ladies who were working could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Room was small and exceptionally warm. There was a small fan but not very effective! We arrived after 9pm and the bar/restaurant was closed, as we had a bottle of wine in the car we asked for some glasses but were told we couldn’t have them as we hadn’t bought drinks!!

Lovely gardens & very clean throughout the reception area, room, bathroom, dining room & grounds. Location was very close to shops and restaurants in town. Breakfast had limited choice but was very nice. Plenty of parking for both conventional and electric cars. The entire property is impeccably clean and tidy.
Room and bed was very small and temperature in the room was very hot as no air conditioning (in all fairness this was due to the weather & no fault of the hotel). The standard double room we had was way too small for two people but if travelling alone, the standard double would be perfect.

Loved the outdoor areas, particularly sitting out there in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. Our little boy could run around and play with the toys provided by the hotel.

Amazing location and beautiful gardens, really tranquil and beautiful.

The food choice, the activities for the children, being to charge our EV were all great. The place is nice itself and the staff are always lovely and helpful.

The host was excellent, friendly, attentive, and really seemed to care for his guests. Rooms were fully equipped with everything you needed, and the breakfast is typical French, which spot on for France. The gardens are large and set out for his guests to enjoy with a glass of wine on a warm summer's evening, and if it is cold, there are heaters built in the gazebo to keep you warm. Highly recommend hotel.

Lovely Hotel; a great location in a nice quiet residential part of town. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the centre of Le Mans and there is loads of cheap parking around all the activities in the city centre. Friendly staff throughout; they were both welcoming and helpful with tips for restaurants in the Old Town etc. Room itself was very nice, toilet was a bit small (separate from the bathroom/shower), but everything was clean and well looked after. Nice views across the gardens. There is a great Salon on the Lower Ground floor with a really splendid artificial fire, which was a genuine winner for my partner (along with a nice cup of tea) after a long day in town with a touch of rain on the air! Good onsite parking, easy access to the motorways on departure
As above, the separate toilet was very small and individual bedside lights might be nice rather than just a single light over the bed, but otherwise, all good.

This is a clean, friendly and accessible hotel, with adequate parking, in Le Mans. It compares very well with other hotels in which I have stayed in the area.
For the first time I was allocated Room 15, which is downstairs in the hotel. Unfortunately, I could hear the toilet in the room above mine being flushed every time it was used, a loud whooshing noise. In addition the room is adjacent to the sitting room located downstairs and the noise emanating from the room late in the evening was intrusive. However, these were minor inconveniences when one considers the benefits of staying in such a nice hotel.

The gardens were very nice although the weather did not allow us to take advantage of them. The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.
We travel with 2 dogs and understand the room quality usually offered is not the same as pet free. The room was quite large but needed an update. The room obviously doubled as a pet friendly room but could also be used for people with disabilities as the bathroom was a wet room and not a standard bathroom.

The garden is delightful and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was an extra charge but had delicious croissants and a good choice of sweet and savoury food. The beds were comfortable.
The bedroom had a separate toilet which was extremely cramped and difficult to close the door when using. The inner door handle didn't work so if you closed the door you would have been locked inside. The facilities are looking a bit dated.
