Clean and comfortable hotel close to the centre of Montpellier
Nothing really. The receptionist was friendly and let me store my bike in the room as I didn't fancy their underground car park which I'd have been totally happy with if I was driving.

The hotel was impeccably clean and offered comfortable beds and rooms. Situated just a 15-minute walk from the town center and conveniently located 200 meters from a tram station, it provided easy access to various amenities such as cafes, restaurants, and laundry facilities nearby.
However, the standout feature of the hotel was its exceptional staff, who were professional, friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful.
It could be much better if we had a bar fridge in our room.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old city of Montpellier or about 15 minutes walk from Gare St. Roch. You will need a taxi from Gare Sud de France or the navette to Place de France tram stop, then take the No1 tram to Leon Blum tram stop. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from there. The hotel is modern and clean with a helpful staff. The breakfast is adequate and of good quality.
It was all very acceptable.

The parking
The hotel was hard to find because the exterior hotel sign wasn’t illuminated. The towels were old , the walls were thin and you could hear the noise next door, the bathroom door hinges needed oiling , no tea or coffee in the room .

It was nice to stay in a 'proper' hotel. Breakfast was really good.
Lift was not working so we had to use the stairs. A bit annoying. Also the hotel is a fair way out of the 'buzz' of the city.

Unfortunately during my stay the water boiler broke which led to not having hot water for a bit and they had to fix it overnight ( which caused some nuisance)

Good options for staying at walking distance from Montpellier's centre. The facilities were basic (e.g. no slippers or other amenities, only towels, soap, and bath gel), but the room and the bathroom were reasonably clean. Pretty good breakfast, and the (not free) parking, was good to have.
Very basic facilities (no slippers or bathroom amenities other than towels and soap), and there was a mix of old and new, with some of the furniture that, while still functional, probably had seen better times.

Just a 17-minute walk from the train station

The location of the hotel, 15min walking from the hotel. It has many shops and restaurants nearby.
The possibility to park the car in the hotel for 15€ is really convenient, as parking the car outside is more expensive.
The size of the room was good. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Great location close to tram and only a 10min walk into old town and close to motorway to get to the beach in 15min. Parking was handy, we didn’t have the breakfast so can’t say much about it.
Staff was nice and welcoming. We had an issue with the shower pressure in our original room so we’re moved to a different room very quickly and it was a bit bigger which was certainly a plus.
Nothing really

Clean, nice staff who allowed us to park the car before the check in times. The parking is covered and big so no tight manoeuvres. 10 minute walk to the city centre. 24 hour reception, and they open the garage door from the reception.
Only outlets for charging on one side of the bed. Parking is a bit expensive but worth it to leave the car safe.

The location was good and a short walk from the centre.
The bathroom - dirty looking mould on the tiles and the broken trim round the bath, a broken stopper chain, plus a very badly stained toilet below the water line.
Breakfast was below average. On day two the bread supply ran out and wasn't replenished. The breakfast was looked after by a pleasant young man but as a food handler his very long hair needed to be tied back.
Staffing was an area of concern. No one on reception looked like a professional hotel employee. They all looked like students manning the place part time.

Good location near to the center and to a big shopping mall, in a newer part of the town.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and will solve anything within minutes.
We were 2, but we received just one set of towels at first. Also, the toilet is a poor made improvisation, it smells awful and is very tiny.
Also, the cleaning was not properly made, you could see dust in a lot of places and the towels were not very clean.

The location of the hotel is great - very easy to walk to centre and lots of restaurants around
The bed was very comfy (though I found the pillow a little too high)
Kettle in room (though have to ask for teabags)
Excellent value for money
The parking is directly off a very busy road, so tricky to negotiate
