It was clean and the location is 6 min walk to the metro station Rome. There are many restaurants in the area, two supermarket and one bakery in front of the building.
It doesn't have air conditioning and the blanket suplied for the couch was quite small and hard to put on.

Property was just outside the main area around a 15€ taxi to the Eiffel tower. Was a quite area, had an iron and hairdryer and all the usual apartment perks, the apartment was okay to stay at. Good communication from owners with check in - out.
Stairs where a task.. top floor. If you have issues walking up stairs this apartment ain’t for you..
No working batteries in remote control,
No bottle opener, apartment was small and I mean the toilets I couldn’t close the door when in there, apartment looks tired and like it’s been thrown together for the purpose of making money no real care has gone into this apartment and For 200€ a night I expected more.

Clean, equipped kitchen, good living room, warm. Responsive staff. The smart lock on the front door works well.
The bed and the spring mattress in the bedroom is really bad, very noisy, bumpy. Replacing this with any decent mattress from IKEA would improve the overall feeling dramatically.
The shower head is not very strong.

No support in the night i had to access the apartment and had to find an alternative accomodation. So far no refund received either and no further communication from the company managing the apartment

The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and is very comfortable and spacious. Located in the center of Paris, the view from the deck is amazing and a wonderful place to enjoy the peacefulness! The location is convenient to Eiffel Tower and Beaugrenelle Commercial Centre for shopping as well as close to so many wonderful parks, bakeries, restaurants etc. We look forward to booking another trip here in the future!

Property was close to many restaurants, shops and walking distance to the metro. Everything you need was in the apartment, bed and sofa bed are quite comfy. Host was quick to respond to any queries. Despite not seeing the host, check in was smooth and simple as the instructions were clear and a video was sent on how check in works. WiFi is good and the apartment was clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again.
Our apartment was on the 4th floor so it was a bit of a challenge walking up 4 flights of stairs with luggage. We expected this as it was a classic Parisian style building. Just a heads up, toilet space is small.

The location of the apartment in the Batignolles District of the 17th Arr was great! Plan to stay over the weekend & enjoy the local Parc Batignolles down the street. Filled with kids enjoying the merrry-go-round, playground & duck pond. There is a farmers' market on the weekend. It's a lovely neighborhood filled with lots of restaurants, shops, bar & coffee shops. There are also a lot more kids in this neighborhood, which is fun. Plenty of young people enjoying themselves in the evening at the cafes, bars and restaurants. Bus & Metro stops close by. We stayed Sept 2024, it was cold in Paris with some rain. Apartment facts... BEDROOM: large with a double bed and big closet space behind a curtained wall. WIFI: good signal. BATHROOM: small with walk in tub with shower mounted on a telephone cord shower hose. Water pressure was good. WC: toilet in a separate room. A bit small and cramped but toilet worked OK. KITCHEN: oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher & washing machine. We used the washing machine & fridge which worked fine. Dried our clothes on the drying racks in the kitchen & bathroom. Used the electric teapot but not the espresso machine or toaster. HEATING & WATER: press the "on" button to the heating unit above the kitchen sink. Left dial controls the heat to the apartment; right dial controls the hot water temperature. LIVING ROOM: small dining room table; 4 chairs & floor lamp. A small sofabed (raise seat to get additional sheets and towels). There is a TV (we never used it). SECURITY: given 3 codes: 1st to enter the front door from the street, 2nd to enter the lobby from the entrance way, 3rd for a lockbox mounted on the apartment door (for the actual apartment door key). The neighbors were very quiet.
It's 4 floors up to the apartment from the lobby... be prepared to drag your luggage up 80 steps!! Also, the mattress to the bed is either broken or in pretty poor condition. You can feel a few of the springs when laying down.
