The process of opening the door automatically is very smooth. It’s a simple apartment, well located and easy access to everywhere.

The stairs are tough with a heavy suitcase. This is my second stay and came with lighter luggage’s but it was still very sporty.

The location is amazing we had a really good time here, the host was helpful, they assisted us very well. Me and my husband found some local restaurants and good bakeries there thanks to the host recommendation!! It was great

The check-in procedure was more difficult than what I expected

The Studio was equipped with everything we needed and more (microwave, kettle, stove, fridge, ironing board, washing machine, soap and shampoo even!). The contact less check-in and checkout brilliant as it took time pressure off. We rented a car parking space in the parking garage of the Mairie du XVII right across the road for the weekend.

The 2 double beds are understandably fold out sofa beds. Very practical but not terribly comfortable. For a weekend ok though.

Great space, lovely location and value for money. The hosts were great too, provided all the information we needed to access the property

Everything was wonderful but it was on the fifth floor (I didn’t see a lift) so could be difficult for someone with mobility problems

Fantastic location. Just 5 min walk from metro station "Rome". Great set of shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Apartment well equipped with items like: iron board, hairdryer, microwave. Very good contact with the owner. Clear instructions and eagerness to support if needed. For us all was super fine. Even climbing up the stairs to the 5th floor was making it a unique Parisian experience :)

Host was very nice and room was very neat and clean. Nice location and good connectivity and near by shops and restaurant.

Flat was on 5th Floor which I was not aware during booking time. Managing with Family and with carrying kinder Wagen on 5th floor was extremely painful

Location is good. All facilities provided

1. Facility on the 5th floor with no lift and it was not mentioned in the advertisement/booking site. Climbing the narrow steps was very difficult 2. There is no proper bed provided. Sofa converted bed is not the expectation for a couple during holiday trip 3. While providing address. nearest MRT station can be mentioned. This will be helpful to locate the property easily for the first time. 4. All over appearance was not so comfortable

The apartment is located in a lively but quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre. Metro stations nearby easily lead to the main attractions. The house is clean and tidy and offers all facilites for a comfortable holiday.

Nice and clean in a good location. The check-in process is smooth.

No possibility to store the luggage after check-out. The payment process is not directly via Booking, so I wasn’t sure if it wasn’t a scam.
