I liked the location very near Saint-Lazare train station. The 24-hour opening of the reception allowed me to have an early and quick checkout to take my train. The wifi is free and work pretty well.
The overall impression of the room isn't great as the carpet on the ground is old and the insolation between the corridor and the room is bad.

Air conditioning is not working. It's probably controlled by the front desk. In fairness the weather was beautiful but there were a few times where you need to cool the room down after a day of walking around

Mold in the walls, the bathroom smelled of mold and mildew, infested with mosquitoes, everyone in the family ended up with more than 6 mosquito bites. The beds were hard.

Next door to station, great location. good restaurants nearby. Beds very comfortable and a bath in bathroom very welcome. Linen all clean. Staff friendly.
We got a terrace on the 5th floor which was lovely, but beware of mosquitoes in summer if you leave windows open. Sound insulation very good. Lift smallish but took 2 of us with bags very comfortably. Very surprised at some of the bad reviews as we found it very nice.
Slightly dated decor and fittings. Communal areas had worn carpet, but nothing that was really off putting.

There were no normal conditions for taking a shower.
The shower head could not be placed anywhere.
This forced you to fill the bathtub, which wasted time and water.

We absolutely loved the location! It’s very close to the city center and the metro, which made getting around extremely easy. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.
The staff were very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.
For a two-night stay, it was perfect! There is some noise, but that’s expected in central Paris. It didn’t bother us at all and we slept very well.

There is nothing I like about the hotel
Bad experience. First I had the booking but when I arrived it was not on the system, focing us to stay in a separate rooms. The next day we change a room but it's a 2 bed room, we had 3 people. The worst part is the toilet is not working. Also, the key doesn't function as well. Overall, extremely worse experience with expensive cost.

There were no safety handles to hold on to when getting in the bath.
The shower did not have a proper fixture on the wall, just a plastic thing that wouldn't take the weight of the shower head. This meant the water just went down the wall, so I had to hold it when having my shower.

Whilst still well located, we did not feel comfortable in the area.
