The hotel wasn't a 3 star level of standard we both were expecting. It was quite dingy inside. Our room was small and bathroom was tiny, so we couldn't move around in there very easily. We wanted to stay in a hotel which had a restaurant for evening meals and this hotel was advertised as having one. When we arrived we were told it was closed and we had to go to another hotel, which actually was much nicer, for breakfast. We had to find other places nearby our hotel for our dinners. The road the hotel was on was noisy with traffic and especially in the mornings. Location for the Metro was okay.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks english good enough. The room was old, but clean and well equipped. It's could be loud on the street outside, but it doesn't disturbs you in the room because of the good windows. Can't say same about people in the passage.
It's close enough to main see sights.
The pillows not good enough. Some minor things, like handles on a wardrobe need a quick fix.
You have a light switch near your bed, but not a socket for chargers and so one. Very inconvenient.

2 minutes walking distance, just perfect.
The breakfast was a surprise. Next door with beautiful live music.
Well - all the other reviews here are more or less correct. But this is what you get in Paris for 100 Euros during the Olympic Games. For me - it was okay for 1 night.
If you want more, it will be (way) more expensive.
You get what you pay, very simple.

Bed was pretty good. Cleaning was very late, often after 4:30 pm until I really complained. Bathtub is very high and has not handles for getting in and out, very dangerous. There was not mat in the tub for a shower or non slip bottom, very dangerous, Third day after complaining from arrival I was given a bath mat they bought. The would have changed my room, but I had a double be and the other was a narrow single and I was offered that repeatedly only after I had already unpacked. Didn't have time or energy to ruin part of my time in beautiful Paris to get set up again, I didn't pay for that. When I was in the lobby, someone came in asking about a room, he was offered a room for 60 some euros a night way under what I paid. One employee over the weekend was excellent and very helpful with directions etc. Others were not. They offered me a free breakfast to appease me, I didn't accept it, that didn't take care of the problems and was obviously to try to get me not to complain.
I think I've said it all above.

Pictures look nothing like the hotel and felt a bit disappointed. We also needed staff to help us get in and out of our hotel due to the door being stuck. Also being woken up every morning at 8 cause they’re restocking the coffee station.

It was nice and had a fair bit of space, plus the shower was really nice. They also had an elevator although it was a small on and if you have a large suitcase it will only fit you and the suitcase, so be aware when booking, but the staff is nice and accommodating, and the rooms were really neat and tidy.

The hotel looks nothing like the images provided. The room looks as if it hasn't been updated since the 90s, there was only one plug socket in the room so was difficult to charge electronics we needed to help with travelling around. The bathroom is also very outdated and didn't look very clean which led me to having a shower each night in my sliders.

The location was good as close to the work event we were going to attend the next day. The room was well heated.
The receptionist was very helpful, smiling and ready to help out. Very kind.
The carpet in room 60 was dirty as in with mud stains on it. There is also mould around the velux window. And despite leaving the windows closed, and being on the 6th floor, I could hear people cheers from the bar on the street level (football game) and the bin trucks which seemed to be going on for hours.
We did not get the breakfast at the hotel as they were charging EUR 21 per person, which I thought was too much.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much to like about the property. The location in Paris was convenient, but that was about the extent of the positives.
There were several issues that made my stay quite unpleasant. The room was extremely small, which made it uncomfortable to move around. Additionally, there was no fridge, which is a basic amenity that should be provided. The room was situated inside the building, and there was a strong smell of cooking food that permeated the space, making it quite unpleasant. The windows could not be opened, which exacerbated the issue.
The staff were generally okay, but one staff member in particular was very unfriendly. He caused a lot of trouble when my friends tried to visit me at night. He complained that they would be sleeping there, even though I assured him they were just visiting and would leave. This made the situation very complicated and stressful.
