Just the location.
I have stayed at this hotel in the second week of October and I must say it was a nightmare, I mean I had never seen a hotel as messy, as unorganized and as small as this one . I have stayed at hotels all around the world but have never seen any room as tiny as the one we have recently stayed in. In their description the hotel might promise but the reality is
- DUST at the corners of the carpet which never got cleaned despite asking for it multiple times.
- RUDE reception staff who would blatantly ask you to come down to collect every little thing be it water, dental kit , iron or anything else as there isn't a concept of ROOM SERVICE.
- Extremely small rooms and suffocating that doesn't even have a window for fresh air to come in. The only window we had was in the bathroom which meant "GET SOME UNFRESH AIR IF YOU WANT SOME FRESH AIR "
This hotel is a big NO NO from me . It's a waste of money so please think as many times you want before booking this in.

Good value for money. Great location 15 min walk to arc and around 20/25 to Eiffel Tower. Lots of grocery stores around it and restaurants as well as the usual fast food places.
Day and night staff both very helpful.

It was conveniently located and the staff was helpful in giving me suggestions for what to do. The price for the location was great.
The rooms were very small. The breakfast was 17€ and it was just a shared charcuterie board. The bed was not comfortable. The room was hot at night so I had to open the windows but the street was loud so I couldn’t sleep at all times either because the noise or the heat.

The lighting was terrible and i was away with my best friend doing our make up was difficult. It needs to be mentioned somewhere that the lighting is poor. When I then spoke to reception about it the response I got was thats all the lighting. I wouldnt say its value for money.. had to pay extra £30 for breakfast which was nothing special.

Location was amazing. The hotel is steps to the Metro and Bus lines. Cafes, resturant's and bakery all very close. Front desk staff were very kind and made sure our stay was comfortable.
The rooms are dark, but staff did place us in room with street facing window to maximize as much light as possible. Every night cigarette smoke smell would be evident, even with windows closed. We think it came from people smoking on sidewalk at resturant below us.

The size of the room does not allow to open a bigger luggage, but thus is the case for other hotels in Paris. I assume it is also difficult to pass the vacum cleaner. This, however, does not prevent the hotel from standing out as an excellent place!

Very comfortable and quiet. We slept very well. The room was small but enough for two people who only needed it for sleeping after long days of walking around the city. It was very clean.

The staf was very kind and helpful. They clean every morning. It was raining for 2 days from the total of 4 that we stayed and the gave us umbrelas free of charge.
The furniture is a little bit old and maybe the carpet should be changed....in some places. For the breakfast it should be a little more various. Just 2 types of juice and almost empty bottles.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The hotel janitor, Aref, was extremely kind and helpful and kept our rooms neat and organized for us. Additionally, the staff were helpful with some of our requests and finding directions when needed.
The room was hot and we had to leave the windows open due to the A/C being turned off which made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the pictures did not accurately depict the size of the room and we found it a bit too small for two people, however we were satisfied with the amenities of the room.
