Mea culpa for not having realised it sooner that I had booked a non air conditioned room. But does it make sense to sell at over euro 80 a single non a/c room at the peak of summer when the machine is installed?
The window could nor be kept open as it faces a busy large road.

The staff were just rude. The night manager Philip especially. A very unwelcoming, unsympathetic man. We were lead to believe all rooms had AC but this is not the case as floors 1 and 2 are broken. He didn't understand we needed that as were travelling with a small child. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We got it sorted with another staff member.

The property was ok. The AC was not working and there was some leaking damage on the ceiling.
The staff were awful. They started to argue with partner over a lousy joke they tried to make which wasn’t even funny or appropriate. The people are reception would do well to 1. learn better English 2. Learn to never raise their voice with a customer over a cringeworthy joke that had no place in the conversation as this is a hotel, not a failed comedy school.

The single room was tiny! Sink the size of a small book. You had to wiggle yourself on the toilet seat in order not to hit your knees at the sink. No cup for toothbrush, only 1 towel per person in double room.

Amazing stay! The best of the hotel even though the location is perfect and super well connected, it’s the staff. The staff were super friendly, caring and nice. I will totally come back. We met 3-4 different people in the reception and all of them were super nice. I’m very happy about our stay in hotel and I want to give a special shout-out to our receptionist with glasses ( didn’t catch his name) when we arrived at night. He was the best, merci!

The location is good,
The beds are comfortable
We got the room No. 1 in ground floor although the reservation was made and paid 5 months in advance, room was with the view on garbage and inner courtyard. The smell of the room was like a public toilet (later we figured that the smell of the moist was covered with some strong cheap cleanser with bad fragrance). The heating wasn't working not even in the bathroom so they gave us some kind of portable heater.
Although we have asked other room they said there is no other triple room available.
First night there was activation of some kind of alarm waking us all up 2 times - no apology or explanation of any kind for that next day.
On our second night we returned to the room in the evening after all day exploring Paris and there was no water at all (either in toilet or shower) so we had to use room on a first floor for toilet and bath!!! That room was normal but considering the rooms are very small there was no chance to accommodate 2 adults and the kid inside.
The experience in hotel is extremely disappointing especially when paid 270€ per night, 5 months in advance.
This room we had should only be offered to people after major repair and only in some special last minute offer and never under conditions and payment we made for it.

I like the room, though small. I felt safe in it and it was quite comfortable. I also like the staff, particularly Julia, who was warm and accommodating. I also like the simplicity of the space. The location was also very near a train station.
The bathroom was a bit too small for me as I stand 6 feet tall. The breakfast menu was not that great. I can sometimes hear conversations of people talking near the window of my room late at night as the area can be a bit busy.

We had the disabled room, so not sure about the other rooms size, ours was pretty big, as well as the bathroom, which the shower was opened due to that reason. When we arrived we took an Uber from Gare du Nord which took 20 minutes; following days we took the RER in Pereire, line C to Eiffel Tower 30 minutes and we had stunning views over the Seine of the tower. There's a closer metro stop in Porte de Champerret. Safe neighbourhood, we walked at night and didn't see anything strange. There are many restaurants around, but many of them are closed on weekends due to religious reasons. There's a Carrefour market nearby and a traditional boulangerie for your morning pastries and bread called Montgolfiere. And a classic French cuisine restaurant called Bistrot Le Trois Quart, where we had one of the best meals ever, advise to reserve in advance.

It was a clean and bright room.
Several things:
-The hotel was under renovation work and we were not announced previously so we had to endure noise caused by drilling ang knocking on the walls. We were assured it won't take long, but lasted for hours in the afternoon and restarted early in the morning.
- The room faced the street and in addition to the noise mentioned befor, we could hear noise from the traffic. Poor sound insolation.
-The hallway was full of dust.
-The bathroom is very narrow and it has a small shower. It is hard to take a shower without spreading water around and there is no floor drain.

We love the location and usually the room but this time the room was so gross. The bed linen was dirty with hair on the mattress pad. The shower was leaking so bad we had to put towels all aroubd it. It caused us so much more time and energy to keep it under control
