Everything was great! For sure value for money! Everyone was polite, kind and English speaking. The room was fully equipped, near a tram and bus station and a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. We were also able to leave our luggage there before the check in.

Breakfast was really poor, no fruit, no vegetables, at 8:30 no eggs. You can hear people in next bathroom and hall. No fridge.

What I liked about the hotel is that it's small, cosy, next to a park, in a quiet area, and all the historical sites of the city can be reached very quickly.

I was a bit uncomfortable at first because there was no hairdryer, but I got one right away at reception.

The personell who are taking care of us and the location of the place was good.

During reservation there was no indication about the room we are getting was located in basement. It was darker and more gloomy than the pictures shown.

We really liked the hotel; it's very close to the train station within walking distance. We explored all the tourist attractions with just 2-3 stops, as everything is conveniently located nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful. We would have been pleased if there were slippers in the room. The hotel is large and beautiful; we especially liked the building. The room was adequately sized and provided coffee and tea facilities.

We enjoyed our trip; however, we found the breakfast a bit limited. It would have been great if they offered more variety. Also, the check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM didn't suit us well. 3 PM seems quite late, and 11 AM is a bit early for check-out. Despite this, they were helpful with luggage storage. Overall, the hotel met our expectations, and we were satisfied.

We liked the staff and how nice they were. There was no water in the breakfast and when asking for it, they brought it right away. It was just clean and okay for just sleeping. Cozy bed (we were two and fitting alright) and warm with the heating on.

We were aware of all the bad reviews before coming, and still tried to stay positive... But there were many things wrong. We had a room (room 16) in the first floor. 1. The windows were so thin that the cold (January 2024) was coming in thought the glass, and the noise... The windows are not noise insulated and gives you the feeling of being open. 2. The bathroom door couldn't close, and didn't even have a handle. The bathroom didn't have soap and they had left a bag of hands soap in the shower. The bathroom doesn't have window and no ventilation. 3. The breakfast was for free because of my Genius Membership... But it was not good. Bread hard, no cheese, no vegetables, no water, ans horrible omelette. I think there were not even eggs into that omelette.

The hotel is well located, 20 min walk from European Institutions and 10 min from the cathedral. Now in January the heating was working really well. The staff is always friendly and overall it offers value for money.

The hotel is in a very good neighborhood of Strasbourg. It is safe and secure. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Altough the room is not very big, was enough to stay. Heating was perfect. The breakfast in the hotel was awesome and there were a lot of choices in the buffet. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

During out stay we encountered a problem, our room that was underground, had a strong smell of humidity and mold, we exposed our problem to the girl at the front desk, and her answer was that they could only give us a spray for the smell, the real problem was not the smell but the fact that it wasn't healthy. They didn't find a solution and as soon as we told them that we were going to writer a bad review they didn't care at all.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was clean and suitable for two people, and the hotel has an excellent location around a 10-minute walk from the center.

You don't find a lot of shops or restaurants around the hotel which is expected as it's not central but very close to the center. We stayed there for two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay.

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we were greeted with an unpleasant surprise. It turned out that our room was located in the basement, which was not mentioned in the room description. The room was dark, and the view from the window was simply nauseating. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that it was the only room available for three people. And I consider this discrimination against families! If you didn't know how to use these spaces, why not accommodate guests with pets in these areas? The second unpleasant surprise was that there was no curtain in the bathroom, so when you showered, you had to perform feats of agility to keep the water from splashing all over the bathroom. However, this didn't help either - there was simply a sea of water on the floor. When we asked the staff how they could solve this problem, they simply offered to give us towels to collect the water ourselves. I didn't come to a hotel to mop floors with my own money! I thought hotels existed for tourists to relax, not to clean floors after a long journey. I encountered such an attitude for the first time. As for breakfast, the assortment was sufficient, but the omelet, pancakes, and sausages were cold, and the coffee was sour. Perhaps this hotel has good rooms, but my experience was very unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the stay. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. For travelers arriving by car, it's worth noting that a Crit'Air Vignette is required to drive through the city centre, a detail we discovered somewhat late. Consequently, we opted to park our vehicle at a P&R located outside the city and used the tram for convenient access into the city center, proving to be a hassle-free alternative.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. Our room, situated on the first floor, was subjected to some traffic noise, which affected my ability to sleep soundly. However, for a brief stay, this was completely fine. Furthermore, while the hotel offered breakfast at an additional cost, I found the price of approximately 12 Euros to be somewhat steep, considering that most items were cold and tasting mid.

In general is a good hotel and the location is also good.

The value for the price is not too good. In general is a good hotel, but the price is for as if it was an extraordinary good accommodation. The breakfast could have some more variety of fruits, vegetables and eggs, the bedrooms could be a bit better refurbished, but I was not uncomfortable. If the price would be half of the price I would have rated it with a 10/10 the maximum value possible (and if it was 2/3 of the price I would have rated it with 8/10). Way overpriced.

Great budget hotel, even lower price than Ibis Dont expect toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner and the like, they dont do that, but the included free breakfast was very good actually (with a lot of pastries and even cheese, ham, eggs and sausages)

Rooms at afternoons / night were a bit too dark, but it didnt bother me that much (although it means packing in the morning). Also, the would get so hot during the day if windows werent opened and the bathroom didnt have much of an extractor for steam/odors so that was a bit erm, tricky haha. Also beverages cost starting from 1,5 euro from their machines that are the small cups they serve in the breakfast Its too expensive for what it is.

The hotel was located close to the city centre, and it was clean. A bit old but clean. The room was big enough with a spacious bathroom and desk. Continental breakfast was good, and staff were friendly.

The room wasnt as brightly lit as I would have liked but it was adequate. The wifi was very weak in my room, and I had to resort to my hotspot to get Internet.
