Wonderful location to step out and explore Strasbourg. Helpful lady at reception, including helping take my luggage up stairs to my room, cause there is no lift. Basic room and bed but fine for my one night stay. Shower over bath. Very basic breakfast.

The location is great, and quiet, the beds are comfortable and it was warm in the room.
The room and especially the bathroom were dirty! There was hair everywhere and stains of dirt; the toilet was not cleaned either!

It was a perfect location if you want to explore the city center. It was a best place for the Christmas market. Breakfast was fine, not too many choices but still for a breakfast, it was good enough. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
The furnitures in the room are outdated. We were so scared to put our stuff in the cabinet and tables. There was no exhaust fan for both toilet and shower- not a big issue though.

Fairly central location with equal walking distance to the main areas, especially for christmas markets. It is a small but functional hotel which is great for a short stay. I would not expect luxury, however it will be a comfortable stay for most on the move. Go in expecting slightly smaller rooms - and this suits the strasbourg aesthetic

This hotel was an absolute delight! The room was cute, cozy, and located on a peaceful street, yet only a minute’s walk from the famous Strasbourg Christmas tree and the magical Christmas market. The iconic Notre Dame Cathedral was just a 5-minute stroll away, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. They not only gave us recommendations for the must-see attractions but also shared some fantastic offbeat suggestions that added a unique touch to our trip.
I highly recommend this charming hotel for anyone visiting Strasbourg, especially during the festive season!

The staff was quite helpful. Even though our check in was at 4 pm, they offered us a room in the morning which was very nice. Also, they were quick to provide us with an electric heater when we experienced problems with the heating.
There were problems with heating and it was very troubling considering we stayed there in February. Also, we saw some hair strands on the bed which made us question the hygene.

The hotel is centrally located to all of the amazing places in Strasbourg's old town. It was easy for us to go out of our room and go to a winstub or the cathedral a few blocks away. The staff were also very nice.
A lot of weird little things were off. Only some of the lights worked, the bedside tables were extremely small, and the headboard wasn't connected to the rest of the bedframe. The room we had was right on a busy side street which made it hard to sleep and when we asked for a kettle to heat water in our room it was so dirty as to be unusable.

It was so close to sightseeing! I loved the Art Deco and that all the cyclists there had pedal bikes! There was a fan to keep us cool as we had to sleep with window closed due to foot traffic outside. Breakfast was a good price and had everything one could want.
The shower was great but it needs some extra care to remove the mold stains.

The room felt a little old. It’s casual and the hotel is inexpensive so it really wasn’t a big issue. The hotel is next to the Salvation Army, but there were no worries. I’d certainly stay there again.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The room, the sheets and the towels were very clean. The location is amazing, in the center of everything.
There is no airconditioning, no shutters and no mosquito nets on the windows. It was very hot during the night and with no airconditioning and no shutters and nets on the windows you had to sleep to the windows closed and it became very uncomfortable. They do have 2 fans but when it is hot they are not enough.
