Central to location
Remember if you are there during Xmas markets after 11.30am they close off the streets to vehicles so no taxis can get through so you need to walk with you luggage from the checkpoints. Before 11.30am is ok

Great location, professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, great in-room facilities. No noise from the outside which was great, although some noise from adjoining rooms.
Even though the overall design of the room was great, there was virtually no layout space in the bathroom on or near the vanity for toiletries. The narrow ledge over the toilet, on the opposite side of the bathroom was not practical for this. And a handrail for towels would be very beneficial as the heated towel rack could only accommodate one persons towels once used.

Great location. Nice rooms.
Property was good. Staff in the spa area “accidentally” double booked us and blamed their new colleague when they said we couldn’t enjoy the spa at our scheduled time and so we were unable to use these facilities.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious!
Cold separate toilet in our room with no heating, the bathroom was also freezing. They promised to do something special for my partner’s 30th and then didn’t. The tv only provides French channels and screen sharing doesn’t work as the WiFi on the screen doesn’t coincide with that we are given.
Having to pay so much for 1 hour of spa as a hotel guest is crazy.

The location was superb to the sights and on the main train line from the train station. Easy access to everything.
I booked a larger room. At check in, I was told that I received an upgrade. The room was cramped. When I inquired about room size, I was told that I was given an upgrade. The upgraded room was smaller… but had a balcony they said. The balcony is of no use when it’s 30 degrees and raining. I should have insisted on a room change upon arrival, but we were travel weary, and nothing could be done.

Very good location in the heart of Strasbourg. Within walking distance of the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. A comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-renovated medium-sized room. A decent, cosy breakfast. Attentive and courteous staff. A good restaurant and bar at the hotel.
The hotel has a very small lobby. If you want to sit with a laptop there, you end up doing so in the restaurant/bar area. It’s cosy and you don’t necessarily have to order anything, but it can be a bit noisy for work calls.

The hotel is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the bed was excellent, and when we asked for a soft mattress topper for a guest with joint issues, it was provided without any problem.
Breakfast was excellent, with delicious à la carte options including eggs and pancakes. The hotel restaurant is also outstanding, although quite small, so it is worth reserving in advance to make sure you get a table.
The location is very central. We walked from the train station in about 10 minutes, and the hotel is right in the pedestrian area, with tram stops just outside and a shopping centre next door. Despite the central location, the room was very well insulated and quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
This will definitely be our go-to hotel in Strasbourg.
Nothing.

Very clean. Exceptional breakfast!
We had no air conditioning with exceptional heat in France last week. Every time I would tell staff they said they would get back to me about it. They had no other room to move us to and would only offer us 20% off and entry to the spa. Air conditioning is not an extra amenity. It is a necessity! It made our stay extremely uncomfortable. There should be air conditioning with a 5 star hotel stay or compensate should be adequate.
