A decent place to stay. The place is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. Very good location indeed.

All rooms are connecting room and not soundproof. We request to be on the same floor but did not get it. We request baby cot in reservation but they didt provide it for us at first. We need to ask for it again and it come without blanket or pillow for the baby.

Location, beds and great airconditioning. Those are the only positives now at this once great hotel.

Stayed here many times before. Location is great but hotel is no longer 5 star. Covid has totally killed it. Service is appalling. All the usual little things you get at any other 5 star hotel in the world, and which really make a pleasant stay, you no longer get here. There were long check-in queues and no airport transfers. Most staff have only been there for a few months and are totally clueless. In-room tea and coffee not restocked. Room bins left full. Dishes and plates not washed or changed. Silly bathroom layout with huge sink and nowhere to put anything. Room lights are either all on, or all off. No light switch at the front door. No chair or desk in the room. Vinyl flooring. New curtains but dirty old (and noisy) curtain rails (would wake the dead...). No mini bar contents. USD$10 for a glass of coke. Lounge coffee is all machine made (no baristas - better to go next door to the H Zentre for coffee and croissants). $100 daily limit at reception on foreign exchange (important as many taxis don't accept cards) - do your forex at the Chungking mansions 100m away on Nathan Road, which has much better rates and service. Shop at the Italian deli under the Peninsula Hotel across the road for tasty essentials. Unfriendly, indifferent staff with no real idea of what a 5 star hotels entail was the real problem. Indifferent Managers too who walk past and accept this poor standard. Concierge Terence (Clefs d'or) was exceptional though. The only properly trained staff member there. Sheraton head office really needs to get hold of this hotel and send in some trainers or a staff transplant, as this hotel now really taints the brand. The only saving grace is the location, more or less on top of the TST MTR station. For any other reason book elsewhere, you'll enjoy it more.

The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district, with many restaurants. It is within walking distance of the harbor, mall, and museum. The room was large and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the view of the harbor from the 17th floor was spectacular. The shower was very nice and there was a full-size bathtub. However, the vanity area was a little cramped. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with many international choices. We enjoyed cocktails in the lounge located on the 17th floor with spectacular views of the harbor all lit up at night. There were USB Ports available. Need to bring electrical adaptors.

The vanity area of the bathroom was small.

The view is great.

The design of the room is very poor, such as chunky furniture and light fitting in such a small room, especially the bathroom. The way that they separate the light switches is very bad, I had to use my phone to go toilet at night otherwise would wake up my partner. The bathroom doors almost bump into each other and the vanity design makes the tiny space even less functional. The wall light fittings are huge and we all bumped our heads to them more than once.

Rooms were well appointed. Service requests were promptly attended to. Housekeeping and toiletries were excellent. Staff were courteous and hospitable.

A minor point really when compared to the rest. Some biscuits /cookies can be kept in the room. We came past mid night after long travel and were bit hungry. Perhaps some additional packaged food can be kept which can be charged upon usage. While Room Service were prompt at normal hours, during the mid night hours it took time to get food.

The rooms are furnished with cheap furniture making it a four- but not five-star hotel as they claim to be. The touted harbour view only have partial view on Hongkong Island. The hotel did not honor my request made long time ago to have a high floor room.

Indeed it is a great property and really well located.

Despite the great location, the city itself is not taking good care of the streets and its own inhabitants, since there are many homeless people in many downtown areas. The whole architectural concept of the hotel bathroom is a little outdated. Showers on the wall inside a bathtub remindes me USA cheap motels in the 60's. There is so much innovation in this field specially in Asia and Germany that Sheraton should give a try.
