whole place creaked when you walk around and its right beside a nightclub that was still going at 3am on a wed.
there was also loud music blaring from the ground floor of the hotel itself aswell.

The heating was turned of in the middle of our stay, with out being told about it. We were told its up to us to ask about it.

The breakfast wasn't very good. Only a couple of apples and croissants.
Some of these are just poor maintenance and the others are things that should be made clear from the start.
An update on the advertising should be considered.

Fantastic location ! Our room was also really nice, it is dated but me and my partner loved it, it is really charming.
My own fault for not checking but we didn’t realise there was nightclubs beside the hotel. Also there was an 18th going on in the hotel which I feel like we should have been told about upon check in. Thankfully we had ear protection with us as we were attending a concert so we managed to get an okay sleep .

There was no heating on in our room on probably one of the coldest night I ever spent in Dublin, we asked could it be sorted but unfortunately it wasn't. We asked could we change rooms, we were offered a room but warned that it would be very noisy because of the night club, we decided to stay in our room with the hope that the heating would be sorted by the time we returned, but it wasn't! The breeze coming in our window was so bad it actually moved the curtains. I slept with my jumper & socks on. Very disappointed.

The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly, and even the security guards were genuinely helpful and did their best to make us comfortable. Unfortunately, there was simply no way to rest, as it felt like the club’s music was playing inside our room.
We weren’t able to sleep at all during our stay. The club next door was extremely noisy, and the fire alarm kept going on every five minutes, most likely because guests were smoking in their rooms. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless our goal was to join the party ourselves.

The room layout was unique. We had a separate living room in our room. The location was so close to town too and a short walk away to St Stephen's Green. The lobby was lovely too.
It's quite out dated. It creaks everywhere and the rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear the nightclub. The lift is quite small too and everywhere is carpeted so there's this old dusty smell of the place - really distinctive

It was connected to a nightclub. We were there for new year so expecting a bit of noise until the early hours but we didn’t expect our room to be vibrating until 4:30am.

The room was very grand, comfortable, and spacious. The armchairs and bed were excellent.
Th water in the shower was scalding hot, so it took longer to get ready in the morning than I had anticipated.
I didn't notice the nightclub when booking, but it wasn't really an issue. Some people complain about it. Although I could hear it, it was intrusive, and I slept very well. The behaviour of the night clun patrons was unnecessarily loud, but it was the week before Christmas, and they acted (screamed) as if they don't go out often.

Location was perfect, we went to a gig and the hotel was very close and close to nice resteraunts. The bar in the hotel was lively and open late. You got in for free by being a guest and could bypass the queues which was great and couldn’t hear the noise in the hotel room and earplugs were supplied which was great. We were in an attic suite which was comfortable and very clean. The location was really central.
There is a large disco in the basement of the hotel so if you are staying at the weekend be aware of this. It didn't bother us.
