Super nice hotel situated in the central area of Bologna stop. I was there for a conference and the hotel was suitable for me as it was close to buses to the Congress area and easy to find places to eat in the evening. The breakfast was OK , my room was quite small and the air conditioning was so and so.

I was looking for a place to work, but it was no seating area outside the reception area which was quite small. The room is too small for a proper chair for working

The service was excellent, as was the location, halfway between Bologna Centrale station (convenient for excellent day-trips to Ravenna, 1 hour, and Ferrara 30 mins) and Piazza Maggiore (10 mins to each). We LOVED the breakfast so much that my teenagers were some of the first guests to arrive each morning when it opened. It was perfectly European, and the smell of the cappuccinos and fresh, flakey, buttery croissants was out of this world.

We were under the impression that our room would have two twin beds and a pull-out couch. It had one king and a pull-out couch. We were flexible, but I know that my kids would have preferred to sleep in separate beds.

The air conditioning was a godsend. Totally saved us during the blistering heat. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet and private. We liked the proximity to the train station and to Piazza Maggiore. Walking distance to everything.

The breakfast could be improved with a better quality cappuccino machine. The croissants were lacking (had a teaspoon of cream inside). Also, it would be better if the breakfast was included with the roomcharge.

The location of the hotel could not be beat- half way between the train station at the center of town. It was clean, the AC worked great (it was VERY hot the week we were there), and the staff was cheerful and helpful. We got down to breakfast at the end of the time period, and many things were gone. The staff quickly and efficiently replenished things and I especially appreciated the fresh fruit.

The room was tight, but there was room enough for everything. The hotel is on a major road that is currently under construction, so you have to walk a few blocks to catch a bus instead of the tram. It really wasn't a big deal, as the location was close and walkable to everything important.

The hotel was very clean and updated. We are traveling in a group of 3 and it was very nice that 2 of the beds were together and 1 was a little bit separate from the other 2. Also the breakfast staff were amazing. Trisha and Adrienne were there to help when it was very busy. Adrienne went out of his way to get my son a plastic spoon that we could take to use on the train and water for our walk.

There was a market that was a little noisy right next to the hotel and construction on the street for the new street train. But the noise was not too much.

Located in the old town of Bologna (10 min walking from Central station or city center) the hotel met our expectancies. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff truly elevated the experience. Every team member from the front desk, was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The complimentary breakfast, was a delicious spread of local pastries, fresh fruits, and a mix of ham and cheeses.

The main road in the front of the hotel was under recontruction and there was al lot of noise and dust. The wall-mini fridge in the room was noisy and we had some sleep troubles because of it.

Location, although the road it was on was under construction but that's temporary. Breakfast was a nice addition and it was very good for being included. Staff was excellent. Front desk stored our luggage and tried to arrange a cab for airport transfer. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few block radius. Piazza with Statue of Neptune and historic Basilica di San Pietronio just a few blocks away.

Room could use a chair or two. There is a small cooling unit on the wall that only holds a few drinks. A mini fridge would be better. If you are traveling to the airport get an Uber. Taxi service was unreliable although that might have been due to rain.

There was a clothing flea market nearby and we were able to get a pair of long pants for my husband at a great price. Many good restaurants nearby and a McDonalds right at the front door if thatโ€™s your thing.

There were scrambled eggs and bacon but I didnโ€™t find them tasty. Not hot off the griddle. Road construction so getting the taxi to the door was an experience.

A very nice and clean hotel to stay in when visiting Bologna. Itโ€™s not located in the historic center per se, but since Bologna isnโ€™t a large city, you can walk everywhere without any difficulty. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. The room is very clean and tidy, not 'excessively' spacious, but perfectly adequate for one person. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the room. Breakfast was fine too.

The location is probably the only drawback of this property, as itโ€™s neither very close to the rail station nor in the city center, itโ€™s essentially equidistant from both. You can walk to either one though (I did) and it doesnโ€™t take much time since Bologna isnโ€™t a large city. Also, having a tea kettle and some basic utensils in the room (like as a spoon and a cup) would be nice.

The hotel is located very close to the historical centre and walking distance from all attractions. The room was very clean and neat and the room is cleaned every day. The breakfast was quite good and overall was worth the money.

The lowest I could get the air conditioning was 17 degrees Celsius and it was quite warm for me to sleep at night and had to open a window to cool down

We stayed at one of the apartments, which have a separate entrance just around the corner. Great location, near everything in touristy bit of Bologna. Apartment was well-furnished and quiet. Staff really helpful (Germano) and changed us from hotel room to apartment without any fuss.

Apartment was good, but TV could have done with some non-Italian channels. Kitchen needed a bit more equipment (cutlery etc).

Eggs and bacon were very close to each other and spoons for taking one or the other could be easily swapped. It was a big concern for my muslim and vegetarian friend who would have liked to have the eggs but was afraid of the potential mixing. I recommend to put the 2 products far from each other.

Good location and the family room for 4 was convenient. Our two young adult daughters shared a convertible couch bed in the annex room and we had the bedroom. The staff were very helpful and recommended a restaurant which was fantastic, just around the corner.

The blue light in the shower was unusual.

Good location but can be noisy if facing the main street. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good.

Needs some updating. The rooms have carpet which need replaced. Air Conditioning does not work that well in the rooms.
