The beds were camp mattresses of vinyl, so they didn't breathe. The fitted sheet was thin fuzzy cotton with some torn holes. It was so thin it felt like sleeping directly on the vinyl, so it was really sweaty to sleep. The firmness/softness was fine. It had a dirty feel to the floors and I was concerned about the general sanitary levels of everything, but the sheets had clearly been washed. We had to make our own beds. Not top sheet was given. No lotion, conditioner, or separate shampoo- just a two in one shampoo/soap. It was enough for a hostel--but paying over $230 for one night in a fairly dingy atmosphere was a bit much. They also charge for luggage holding after checkout.

Location is great. It's less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There is a bar on the ground floor but it isn't a place we spent much time. It wasn't super anything, not super comfortable or dirty or fancy. You get the necessities and that's it.
The beds were a bit rough and the room was small but you don't really need anything more because it's just a place you stay to sleep and spend the day outiside.

Beautiful views of the sea from our balcony and the included breakfast was wonderful. The pool was relaxing and the grounds were well-kept.

- The location was good. It was close to the metro and very near the bus stops going to Venice. It was also close to a large shopping mall and several restaurants.
- The heating system was good.
- Easy check-in/out.
- The room cleaning wasn’t very good. Nothing was too bad, but it wasn’t very clean either. For example, it was dusty.
- The pillows were very soft. I personally prefer firm pillows.
- The mattress was good and thick, and it wasn’t sagging in the middle. However, the blanket was small. If you are a big person, it may feel too small because it didn’t fully cover my body.
- The showerhead was leaking. The hose had a crack, which not only wasted water but also lowered the overall quality of the shower.
- Sometimes there was a rattling noise from the heating system. Luckily, it was temporary. If it had been constant, it could have been a problem.
- The TV was very old. It only had local channels and couldn’t connect to the internet or run apps like YouTube or Netflix.
- In the morning, the cleaning staff opened our door a few times without permission. We were uncomfortable with this.
- In the seating areas outside the hotel, there were usually some people hanging around who didn’t seem like hotel guests and felt a bit suspicious. I think security should take precautions about this, because it did not feel very safe.
- There was no kettle or mini fridge in the room we rented. We were already aware of this, but I think having a kettle and a small fridge in the rooms would be a big advantage.

I liked that my room was very quiet. I slept well and did not hear any outside noise.
Location was perfect for getting on the bus or the train, just a quick five minutes down the road. Breakfast was a great variety. I also did laundry and it was quick and easy. My bed was comfortable in the shower was good.
The check in line was very slow, one couple in front of me that for some reason were very slow getting checked in—it was at least 10 -15 minutes waiting and I still had people behind me. The register next to them was not any faster. The lighting in the room was way too dim. Definitely needed brighter, bulbs or additional lighting.

There's spacious common lounge so you can enjoy outside bedroom. The locker in the hostel is also very cheap. I can put one big backpack and one puffer coat in the locker for 2 eur (12 hours) after checkout. Guest kitchen is good. There's electric socket in the lounge. The staff is super friendly and helpful, when I asked him where's the kitchen he lead me to the place. The self-checkin system was not functional when i came but checking in with the staff was very smooth and easy. The dorm bedroom is spacious, many mirror, desk, chair.
The socket near the bed only have usb or type-c socket so if i want to charge my laptop it's not possible. The shampoo and hand soap in the bathroom is not refilled. I had to do the bed myself. The bathroom is in the room so when i dry my hair it may cause noise for other people

The staff are helpful and accommodating. It is close to the train and bus stations. They would give you the linens upon check-in, so you can be sure that they are new and clean.
I think some beds need check-up and maintenance once in a while. The socket and light bulb on my bed and the others were not working. The guests had to turn on the main light and it bothered the other guests who are already sleeping. I hope they would be fixed soon.

They were less than honest about the kitchen. There is no stove and just a microwave. I have a special diet and I picked this place for the kitchen which was hard to navigate since I stayed a week. No plates no silverware. I was really upset plus I only left food in the fridge once and it was stolen. Anyone could have walked in off the street and taken the food, as there was no lock. The outlet by the bed was also broken so it was hard to keep my device charged.

The staff are amazingly helpful and very friendly. There is a big lounge where you can take your time and rest for a while, maybe eat and have a meal by the bar which also serves drinks and some simple dishes.
They could make the bed and clean the toilets more often. I felt like they didn't care much about the cleaning beside the main area -- the bedroom itself. If they could focus more on the general, broader area, that would've been great.

• The room was very dark, and even with the lights on it was difficult to manage packing and unpacking luggage.
• There are only two lifts, so going up or down requires waiting about 5–7 minutes each time.
• The room has no air conditioning; only the heater works. It was very hot in April, especially when we arrived and found the heater already turned on, even though the outside temperature was already in the low‑20s degrees.
• There is no telephone in the room, so you must go down to reception whenever you need help, which is very inconvenient due to the lift wait times.
• There are no cameras or security in the luggage room, so anyone can access and check other guests’ luggage.
• Breakfast offers very limited options: only normal bread and bread rolls are available, with no other bakery items such as croissants or cookies that are usually found in other hotels, and no muesli either. just corn flakes and chocolate balls.

After dropping off our luggage in the morning, we went out to explore the city. The hotel felt modern, and the room was a good size for four people. There were plenty of outlets for charging electronics, and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and fairly updated. The hotel has a youthful vibe, with a bar and entertainment on the ground floor, and it’s just a short walk to the train station. We would definitely stay here again.
The air conditioner was hard to adjust in the room.

Really nice hostel with a hotel standard amenities. Located within walking distance from mestre train station. Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Venice since the price difference to accommodation in the venice island is so much more expensive and moving around venice island with luggages is painful. Train is available to move to venice island every 7-8 mins.
The room is fully functional and clean. It does not include the hotel standard amenities ie. coffee machine/ironing board etc. But you have a shared facilities at the ground floor.
The cafe serves good coffee and croissants at decent price.
The common facilities down at the lobby is fantastic to hang around.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations! Being a hostel, I didn't expect it to be so hotel-like. I loved the reception and the common area; it resembled a dorm, which I loved. The bar downstairs was lovely and the room was great. We loved the location too, very close to the train station for the Venice commute.
We traveled with a pet (a dog), and everything was perfect. We reserved parking in advance, which I would recommend since the hotel has more capacity than it has parking spaces. Even if they don't have availability, there is a big parking lot behind the hotel (also paid).

The location is on the mainland of Venice. But it was cheaper than the island part of Venice itself.
I liked that I had my own private, clean bathroom, soap, towels, and a small work desk.
The location is very convenient because the hostel is a 5-10-minute walk from the train station and then a 10-minute train ride. And you're in the center of Venice on the island at the train station. Very convenient.
The hostel is very large, with lots of rooms, as I only stayed on the 9th floor.
On the very bottom floor, there are plenty of work desks with outlets, a cafe where you can eat, a restroom, and even a pool table for playing with friends. So, it's a great place to visit with a group because there's plenty to do.

Great affordable room for our family near the Mestre station. Room was clean.
The kitchen was a bit lacking, having only one microwave for the whole building. I think another microwave and kettle would already be a huge improvement.

Great location within short walk to train station, clean and comfortable room with good clean ensuite bathroom. Breakfast included was a bonus.
Large school groups a little noisy and unruly at times. Breakfast room was sometimes quite chaotic - better supervision required.
Self check-in and Che k-out at times confusing if we had done everything required.

Very accessible to the Venezia Mestre Station and parking is available.
No soap dish in the bathroom. The guests are out of control in the corridor during the evening that is so noisy and hard to rest. The management should take care of it.

Room was clean, breakfast (not included) was good. Location was pretty good, and it was easy to get to Venice and back.
Self check-in machines did not work and the reception staff was really slow handling our check-in. Air conditioning wasn't working. One curtain was broken so the room got bright at sunrise. The hand soap was filled with soapy water and the shampoo/shower gel also emptied really quickly.
