The female receptionist (sorry for not remembering her name) really gave the feeling of a 4 stars hotel. She was exceptionally kind and gave practical and individually adjusted ideas for the stay in Venezia. Hotel is modern and renewed what gives a good fresh feeling. Bed was comfortable, room is well equipped.
The bus 4L that goes to Venezia is mostly overcrowded. The carpet in the hall was never vacuum cleaned during my stay (3 days). It seems that the floor in the room was not cleaned during the stay neither. But generally hotel is well kept and clean. The selection at the breakfast is somewhat boring. I liked the hotel nevertheless.

It was clean and modern, and staff was polite. Check in and out was fast.
It was THE coldest hotel i ever stayed at. Ive spoken with the receptionist that its too cold in the room and not able to change temperature in the room and they said they turned it off last week so i cant change it. It was 10° outside, rain and wind, and they turned off the heating option in the hotel. Even receptionist was wearing a puffer jacket. There was a constant clicking noise in the room as well as i could hear every little noise from the outside. Normally it doesnt bother me much, but i was on the 7th floor and i could hear absolutely every noise. There was some kind of alarm going off in i presume one of the rooms, that i could hear in my room. And the last thing is that all the information about restaurant whether online or in the hotel was saying its open till 9:30pm and when i asked reception if i need reservation they didnt mention they will be closing earlier that day. I came down around 8pm to find out the restaurant was closed. Just a bit disappointed unfortunately.

The hotel is in a convenient location with quick transportation links to the airport, the train station and just across the street from an affordable bus to Venice.
The staff was nice and helpful, even in the middle of the night.
As for a hotel with Hilton's branding, it is very basic – no vanity set, slippers, laundry bag, not to mention sewing kits that appear to be a high-end accessory these days. Also, no bathrobes despite them being in the booking.com room description. It was also somewhat disappointing that the cups provided on the tea tray were paper cups – why? Why not a simple ceramic set?
Also, although it was clean overall, there were hairs on the bidet and on a towel that were definitely not my or my husband's.

Probably, this is my most complicated review
As from one side my check-in started with broken elevators with people stuck inside
It was 36-37C outside and you can only imagine my way upstairs to the 7th floor
At the same time, i was observing the staff, and I must admit, that they’ve handled this situation perfectly! They all were very kind, polite and helpful!
My special thanks go to Stefanio, chief officer and owner of the hotel. Very rarely you can see so very dedicated owner!
The room was clean. Though try avoiding highest floors (7-6) in a heat, AC is not capable of making comfortable atmosphere.
The breakfast is great. When you see so many airline pilots and copilots having breakfast with you it makes you feel safe and secure))
Parking is just in front of the reception. At the first glance you may think it’s insecure, however reception people do their best to observe surroundings!
In general, this is value for money if you’re planning short-term stay in Mestre/Venice
I’m quite paranoid therefore i install kind of security system on rooms door each time i sleep in a hotel.
I must say that this time my alarm went on, on the first night stay. It may be a coincidence, but left kind of hard feeling, after being robbed in Lido di Jesolo around 10 years ago during my sleep.
Can’t say something bad, but you better observe and be prepared!

We got a free upgrade. There is parking right in front of the hotel for 15 euro. Close to the train station that takes you to Venice. Alternatively you can take the bus that is even closer to the hotel.
Bear in mind you cannot leave your car parked the day you check out in case you want to explore Venice that day. Alternatively you can take your car to the train station and park for 3 euro/hour or 22 euro for a day.

The location next to the train station
I have Payed 170EUR without staying because of a booking.com misleading cancellation policy, please see the picture.
I am a user of booking.com for many years, at level 3 with tens if not more then 100 of stays, for both leisure and business travel.
I have booked this hilton hotel on a rush a day before as a backup stay. The cancellation policy says:
"You may cancel without fees until 00:00 on the day of arrival."
I have just minutes before that booked more stays for the same trip with a very similar policy , that used the same phrasing , only with 23:59 as the time. And you can really cancel untill midnight on the date of arrival.
I was confused as the text of this policy had also 23:59 as the time on the green heading and the text "on the day of arrival".
But the title for this hotel also had the date 22 September , that is: the night before arrival. I missed the date.
When trying to cancel on the day of arrival: 23 September, I was notified that I would need to pay the total cost: 170EUR!
I texted the hotel and thay said they can not help. Said the cancellation policy is set by booking. The booking.com service just my message to the hotel.
I have booked this hotel on the way, as we were on a long multi-day train tour through Europe and was not sure we would make it on time to our last train from Venice to our destination.

Public transport (bus) is just outside the hotel, making it easy to reach the old town of Venezia.
The hotel is located just outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car.
We had no negative experiences during our stay. The hotel and its staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with everything. We only regret that there is no indoor parking (garage) and that there is only a limited number of outside parking spots, but we were lucky and we found one instantly.

The location of the Hotel is perfect if you looking for a stay in Mestre. Right behind the Hotel is a bus stop and after 15 min. you will get to Venice. There is a 2 supermarkets around the Hotel. Also in 5 min walk you can find one of the best restaurants Hostaria Vite Rossa with nice staff and delicious Italian food. As a bonus you will get the best Tiramisu.
We don't have a breakfast in our booking and at the reception we've got a 2 day breakfast as a compliment :) It was very nice

There were numerous things to complain, but let’s start from billing. Upon arrival, we left 50eur deposit, when we checked out I specifically asked male receptionist if I owe anything and after checking he said no all is paid. Yesterday I saw that I was charged another 36.20 euro. He didn’t even ask about our stay.
Other complaints:
- upon arriving in the room, we found dirty socks on the floor from previous guest UNACCEPTABLE
- bathroom door couldn’t close
- empty mini bar
- powder eggs weren’t cooked properly, and I got sick (I am 7 months pregnant)
- if you want any type eggs other than scramble eggs you need to pay extra

The location is excellent, just a 20-minute bus ride from the touristic Venice city center. There are two supermarkets and several cafes/bars nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The bed, pillows, and duvet are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Nothing stood out for me. Booked this hotel as I was on a budget but there are probably more economic options closer to the station.
Air con didn’t work and the rooms were too hot. The reception is modern and welcoming. The rest of the hotel needs maintenance.

Team at receiption was good. Room was clean. Probably that is from what we liked.
Tapestry by Hilton Ambasciatori Hotel is located next to shopping center with Interspar. There is nothing interesting nearby.
Main issue of this hotel is price. We paid 220 euros. Hotel is ok for 3 star, but not more than that. Consider it is as Ibis.

The location was great - the stops for the bus (4L) to and from Venice were just steps from the hotel. The train station was only about a 15 minute walk with our bags in tow. We did choose to have breakfast included and there was a good selection of food. Rooms had everything you need and were clean. The staff were all very helpful and enjoyed having the lounge right there. Katia, the bartender was amazing!
The rooms are not soundproof - could hear noise from the neighbouring rooms.

hotel location is in an area full of non-EU immigrants that hang around in groups at night. While it looks odd, it seems it is nevertheless, a safe area.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The young lady who checked us in cleared up 2 issues that could have significantly affected our vacation. She helped our party of 4 on 3 other areas where she made our plans less complicated and the results were far better than we ever could have imagined.
