The man when we checked in was not friendly and very abrupt. The room had a very toxic smell and made us sick. We had to ask the staff to leave the window open and not to spay the room with toxic chemicals. The shower was very small. The Bar was not open at all. The breakfast was stale and had to ask for milk every morning. Had to eat and drink from paper plates and cups. No proper plates as seen in the photos. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not 3 star more like 1.

It was open when we got there.

After being in the room for 15 minutes we decided to write off what we paid for the room and leave. The staff was not pleasant, the location was dicey as we were approached by drunken beggars on the way there. the room was small and cramped with basic furnishings. I found the entire experience very depressing. This was not how I wanted to spend my last night in Italy. I was worth it to to spend more to stay at another hotel.

I stayed in the single room for six nights. Very impressed by the housekeepers, they do extremely good job, it is very clean. Just for that I would recommend the place. Also very good reception staff, friendly, helpful and open 24 hours. Close to the station. AC works, mini fridge, desk, good layout, it was convenient. Happy with the stay.

Nothing negative to say about the place. Not a disadvantage for me, but If anything else could be improved I would suggest a kettle of coffee machine in the room for night time tea.

The location is very good - close to the train station, which makes everyday trips to Venice very comfortable. The personal is very kind and polite. The room itself is very simple, nothing extra. Everyday cleaning of the rooms.

The walls are very thin, so you'll hear everything that is going on behind the door in the corridor. Every guest that is checking in at night leads to your wake-up, which is upsetting. Also, the cleaning that starts around 6 am in the morning won't let you sleep cause you'll hear all the vacuum cleaning and stuff. Even earplugs won't save you.

Excellent location only a couple of minutes away from the rain station which takes. Trains are frequent and journey time is ten minutes to Venice. You can walk from the train station in Venice to Piazza Roma in a few minutes or catch the boat right outside the station which takes you to the Rialto Bridge or St Marks squares in 15-20 minutes. There is a fabulous restaurant excellent food and service right by the hotel called Michelle’s it has an extensive menu and the Italian food there is excellent we were four people and each ordered different pasta dishes each one was amazing.

Breakfast self service, cheese slices, Italian ham, boiled eggs, yoghurt, butter, jams, honey, bread rolls, croissants, cake, cereals, coffee, tea. There was enough of a limited choice to start the day but paper plates that’s my only criticism other than that the location and hotel itself for the price was fantastic.

It is strategically placed close to the railway station, with two bus stops that permit you to reach Venice easily or alternatively save the 20-minute walk to the centre of Mestre. In my personal opinion, the position is critically good.

When I visited the hotel in the middle of December, it was dressed for festive days in a cozy mood. The ambience was relaxed and modern at the same time, and for me, as an Italian traveller, a professional coffee machine just 10 steps after the entrance matters.

This is my third occasion that I stayed at this hotel. It is very close to the train station, and while not in old town that is just an additional 10 minutes to get to it. The rooms are kept at good temperature both in August, and in December. There are a couple of very nice dining opportunities available closeby too.

The location of the hotel was great; it is 3 minutes walk from the main bus/train station, as well as the bus stop which goes to Venice. The location itself is not loud, considering that is on the main street, but there seems to be lots of refugees around (which seems to be typical for this part of Italy). The room itself was very spacey, and had everything you need. The staff is very kind.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was definitely not worth the money. Rather go for breakfast to the nearby restaurants and cafes. Also, the matrasses were slightly too hard, but for couple of nights is ok.

I spent only one night at Hotel Regit and I was happy with my choice. The next morning I had a very early train and the proximity to the train station was a real plus. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It's a basic hotel, but it met my needs. I would consider this hotel again.

The bathroom doesn't have any place to hold toiletries. Adding a shelf, even a small one, would help.

The location was really convenient as it is in a short distance from Venice Mestre station, about 10-15 minutes ot walking Just near the hotel in 3 minutes walk you can catch a bus taking you to island part of Venice in 15-20 minutes of ride. The room is old-fashioned as in the rest of Italy. WiFi was OK. We had a pleasant coffee break at the little terrace of the hotel's cafe.

They tried to charge us for the things that actually normal in other hotels. I booked 2 separate beds on the booking website but when I arrived with my friend we were told that they knew nothing about it and asked 40 EUR to separate the beds. We asked for early check-in at noon again they asked for it 30 eur at the hotel and 20 before the arrival via messenger.

Great location near train station. Neighborhood was not upscale but we felt safe. Walkable to many restaurants and transportation. Staff was great and breakfast good. This was a budget friendly hotel that worked well for us.

Clean and well maintained. My only criticism was that they did not have washable duvet covers on beds. Also, room was hot but we were able to open windows and balcony door to cool down.

Bit old, date, room was tiny, I could hear electrical buzzing all night. Bed uncomfortable and toilet paper thin sheets. It’s a closet from the 70s that was clean but not in good shape, lots of chipping of scuffed paint, just felt pretty run down, clean but hard to tell

Advertised "daily housekeeping" didn't exist -- no one did anything for housekeeping during my stay. Public areas are nice and modern. Rooms are older and not kept up.

The location was close to the train station

I had to pay an extra $20 for single beds. Never heard of this. And, they were soft and lumpy. The airport transfer was just a taxi, not operated by the hotel. The rooms needed an update.

What I most appreciated was the friendliness of the staff and the courtesy they extended to us in helping us to navigate the area and recommend different places to meet some medical needs. I also appreciated the cappuccinos from the bar. They were quite good. The staff impressed me as providing a very warm and inviting place to stay.

Because my husband and I are big readers I would have liked a comfortable chair and light for reading

The receptionist was respectful to me. He gave me directions to a very good restaurant in great detail. He personally made sure that my room would be satisfactory. Later on, I was concerned about getting to the airport, and the person at reception walked me outside to point out the exact way to go.

The mattress was too firm for me. Although the air conditioning worked initially, it seemed to stop. Fortunately the day got cooler.

Location was perfect! Within walking distance of ATVO bus going to Marco Polo Airport and also diagonally across the street from a restaurant open til 11 PM. Room was bright, bed comfortable.

No frig with bottled water - something I’d come to expect from places, especially during summer heat!

Ac is not working ,Heat not cold in this hot weather , Fridge not working !!! , no respond to fix or change the room , No tissues inside the rooms!!!! Only for toilet Very very bad experience .I recommend no one to come to this hotel
