No hooks to hang our clothes, No chairs. No drawers. No (any peace of furniture that comes into your mind except bed). And it looks like all the dirt they just sweep under the bed. also there is a mould on the walls. Staying in this kind of room if you're traveling in Europe is an self-offensive and disrespectful. After long day in a beautiful city you feel like a s**t returning back to this miserable place. And no need to mention that you can hear everything what happens on the street, including the main door which needs to be slammed in order to be closed. I regret that we didn't took pictures of this s**thole, just wanted to gtfo of there as quick as possible.

I read the bad reviews and was under the impression that it was going to be really bad. I was shocked, the room after renovation, huge, clean bed linen, huge bathroom with new plumbing. There is a kitchenette next to it, where you could make tea or coffee and warm up food. The area turned out to be unsafe, but after a night walk I had to change my mind. Very close to the station, 3 minutes on foot. Everything suited me and I liked it.

The room wasnโt anything like the pictures, dirty walls, the whole room smelled like cigarettes and there was someones dirty towel drying in the bathroom that made the smell even worse. The staff did edventually clean the smell a little and brougth us a fan when we asked.

The room was terrible the bed had dark hair in it and the bathroom was also terrible, I left after around ten minutes after arriving but unfortunately had already paid for the room and parking, I would avoid this place unless your back packing across Europe or travelling from a 3rd world country.

second time I've decided to come to this hotel had good previous experience. But we were hosted in room without daylight and possibility to open window at 35ยฐC outside without air-conditioning. That was my fault I didn't check do they have conditioning or not but that room was simly owen. Administrator kindly offered to move to other room for next 2 days but in the morning refuse, said we are full. Of course I started to be "very unhappy" and we have got new room more look like for people. Check out is till 11.00 but at 10.00 when we were already at the doors someone came and said that we need to check out. That was very unkind. New room saved vacation but approach left bitter aftertaste.
For administrators: put photos of that room to your booking portfolio, people should see what they can get into.

We got this accommodation because it was close to the train station and easy to get into the island part of Venice. For this review it's based on being in a budget accommodation. The staff were extremely helpful very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of great tips to getting around which ended up saving us a lot of time and money. The kitchen facilities are shared and are pretty sparse. There is no air conditioning but we found the fans were adequate for what we needed. Wi-Fi works fine. Excellent pizza and pasta restaurant around the corner, best we had in Italy. I would stay here again.

First thing, No one was at the address provided. there was a number where we called and they said to go to next door. Those people were too rude, illiterate and unprofessional.

Worst hotel Iโve ever stayed at. Hotel staff were talking in the lobby and halls until 12:30/1am which echoes all the way up to the rooms on level 2. When asked to be quiet from 11pm they said yes and then immediately continued their conversation afterwards.
Cleaning loudly & talking extremely loudly outside rooms from 9am.
Hotel itself is in an unsafe area and the rooms are below average with 2 single beds pushed together and nothing to stop them moving apart as you sleep.
Staff refused a late checkout past midday under any circumstances and offer 0 secure luggage storage.
Stay anywhere else but here.

Location being less than 10 minute walk from train station is an ideal for easy commute to Venice (train seems to run almost every 10 minutes). The facilities were clean and the personnel were attentive, helpful and accessible to queries. Additionally, bus to Venice Marco Polo Airport is en route to train station.
The common dining area is spacious being able to seat at least 40 pax. The kitchen is fully equipped, maintained well and clean. Both areas, also being directly accessible from the staircase and elevator is a pleasant surprise.
The lift was slow and without lights (matters being attended to I was told). TV kept losing WiFi connection every evening but quickly solved by staff each time.

To begin with, the hotel wasnโt the one shown in the pictures. It was some other one next to it and there was no indication about that. No information was provided beforehand. While entering to the floor with rooms there was some sort of religious/spiritual/artificial smell that was either used in some cleaning products or sprayed all over everywhere (literally). It was getting to you mouth if you stay inside for more than a few minutes, not even talking about the clothes or bedding. Had to let the balcony door wide open during the day because it was impossible to breathe. The toilet was leaking so the floor was wet all the time and the hairdryer wasnโt working, and neither was a towel heater. In addition, there is some mold in the shower. People were so loud outside right under the windows that you couldnโt sleep through the night. The elevator is the one to avoid and itโs better using the stairs.

My experience was very negative. Someone tried to enter and steal from my room while I was inside, which made me feel unsafe. After the incident, I was moved from the private bathroom room I paid for into a shared bathroom, which was a downgrade. The room conditions were also poor the walls were damp and there was a strong smell of humidity. On top of that, I was charged city tax twice, and I had to check out early because I no longer felt comfortable staying.

The location is convenient but the street that connects the main station to the hotel is very dirty.
We booked the hotel for 2 nights but ended up checking out after one because of how horrible it was.
We were first given a decent room on the ground floor. Everything was clean (maybe except the blanket stored in the closet), there was everything we needed. But I did notice a wet stain on the ceiling above my side of the bed, about 70 cm in length. The stain also had mold around it. I hated the thought of breathing in mold while sleeping but it was only for 2 nights, and the air conditioning worked well.
But then, right after we started falling asleep, we started hearing a tapping sound above us, sounded like plumbing. And after about 5 minutes of that, I heard and felt dripping on my legs :( We immediately got up and checked - the water was coming down fast! So I got dressed and went to the reception, where, luckily, the two guys working there, were still checking in guests. I told them there was water dripping onto the bed, and they didn't even doubt that or argue with me. One of them got another key and showed me an alternative room. It was also on the ground floor but much worse than the first, seemed older. They said it was the only one left. On the upside, it was dry, but the AC didn't work there, and the whole room smelled stuffy and moldy. We didn't have a choice at that point so we switched.
Unfortunately, I could sleep because of how unclean everything seemed. The blanket that I got out of the closet had visible dirt on it! I thought maybe I could rough it out, after all, we were gonna be exploring the city all day. But I didn't feel safe leaving my things there because the window looked like it had been broken - I really didn't want to be robbed while being out.
So I booked another hotel at 6 am, and as soon as it was decent time, we got our stuff and moved.

The location was perfect. 5 min walking from the train station.
THe address in booking is wrong so we were scared when we arrive there and we didn't see anyone... The toilet was big enough but the shower was a bit disappointing.

Unfortunately, our stay was not very enjoyable overall.
The biggest issue was the shower drain. The water drained extremely slowly, so every shower turned into a small flood. If youโre looking for a Venice experience, you donโt need to travel to Venice lol! the bathroom provides one for free!
Cleanliness was also below expectations. The hotel and surrounding areas did not feel particularly clean, and there was a strange odor throughout the property that all of us noticed and found unpleasant.
The elevator was incredibly slow and often problematic, making it frustrating to use. In addition, there was constant noise from outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good nightโs sleep.
The only significant positive aspect was the location and price, which was convenient and well situated. However, considering the cleanliness, maintenance, noise, and overall comfort issues, we would not choose to stay here again.

La ubicacion es muy cerca de la estacion de tren, por lo que es muy conveniente. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas.
El barrio donde se encuentra no es seguro y menos de nocheโฆ no recomiendo caminar solo cuando se hace de noche. Tener cuidado si el vuelo es a la madrugada, no hay uber, hay un colectivo que sale de la estacion pero caminar con valijas no es opcion por la inseguridadโฆ la unica opcion es pedir un radiotaxi que no te asegura que haya taxis a la madrugada.
El barrio en si no tiene oferta de restaurantes ni cosas interesantes para hacer.
El hotel tiene ascensor pero da miedo usarloโฆ
Por la ventana vimos una noche una patrulla de policia en la puerta del hotel hablando con los recepcionistasโฆ
El nombre del hotel no es el que esta en booking ni es la ubicacion tampocoโฆ. Cuando llegas un hombre sale del edificio de al lado y te llama para ahi.
