Location is excellent and felt very safe. For our 2 week stay we walked almost everywhere. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Giulia is very friendly, was regularly in contact and willing to help.
Because we were there for 2 weeks, we cooked a fair bit. The pots and pans are OK, but limited.

The location is excellent and convenient to all major sights/areas. we used Uber a few times simply because my children and mother were worn out by then end of the day.
The main bed slats fell out on night but we were able to fix it on our own. We did not report it as we fixed it.

The location was very good, walking distance to everywhere.
Only one roll of toilet paper for a five night stay and no hand soap in the bathroom. I feel like these are things that should be supplied.
There is a supermarket around the corner from the apartment where we were able to pick these essentials up.
Bed slats came out on our last night but we were able to fix this.

The location is really the best thing about this apartment! stone’s throw away from some incredible dining options (coffee, Roman pizza, pasticcerias and osterias). Very centrally located with easy access to Trastavere (10-12mins) and the main tourist locations (15-25mins) Hosts are very sweet and helpful.
Not much natural light in the apartment, and overall build is very basic.

The location is, by far, the best thing of this apartment. In a city where most is within walking distance provided that you start in a central place, this apartment ranks very high. With temperatures being relatively high, it also offered a relatively cool and centrally located place for a siesta.
Nothing of substance, really. If there was one minor gripe, it was that the air conditioning had some trouble cooling the place. However, as said, the place was relatively cool of itself.

The location is great, we could walk from the property to almost everywhere by foot. The apartment in very comfortable, and everything is well maintained. The kitchen also has all the things you need in order to cook. The host is very kind and available.

I cant begin to express how perfect the location was, less than a five minute walk to the Jewish courter where there were plenty of delicious restaurants, a short walk to the center of town where you can find many stores and a nice supermarket,
it felt like everything including certain attractions were very close.
the apartment was clean and had lots of space,
i loved the little kitchen.
And even though the apartment was close to to center it was very quite and you could barley hear noise from outside.
Giulia was amazing so nice! and very clear and helpful. she was quick to respond to my messages and always wanted to make sure that my experience was pleasent.
I only wish there was a safe the apartment.

Cute little apartment, great central location. The property is easy to get to and looked exactly as advertised. The host who let us saw that we came with little kids and stocked up on some juices, chips and chocolate biscuits which was super nice.
The neighbourhood is safe and you can easily walk to most locations from here. If you do need to get further, it's got good bus and tram connectivity too. There is even a taxi rank close by.
Tons of great restaurants, gelateria and shopping around the place.
I'd definitely recommend booking this venue if you're coming to Rome as a tourist.

Excellent location, very close to several tourist attractions. The charming and contagious Trastevere neighborhood is a short walk away, no more than a 15-minute walk away. There is a supermarket (Carrefour) very close by and an excellent ice cream parlor (Fatamorgana), as well as a divine pizzeria (Amerinda). Giulia is a remarkable hostess, before we arrived she provided us with clear and accurate information to access the apartment as well as the amenities available. We enjoyed alot our stay here. Highly recommneded.

Arrived early morning and check in was 2pm. Our cases were stored in the appartment whilst it was being cleaned and we were issued a set of keys so that we could go exploring the city. Very helpful!

For Rome it was spacious as a 1 bedroom with pull out couch. bed was comfortable and nice size with small table for eating. kitchen had needed items and washer (only) helped for 5 day stay. clean and central location. some nice stores and restaurants in the neighborhood and public transportation (we used taxis and Uber). Good hot water but tight fit in the shower. A/C! Everything was in working order?
Host uses “Whatsup” app and despite indicating we didn’t have it continued to use it instead of through Booking.com. When we arrived, we were left standing outside for nearly 2 hours with entry directions being sent through the app. And after contacting Booking.com we were able to gain entry. So, note this when choosing this! There were also delays in communication throughout our stay due to the app vs booking.com. A tourist fee to be paid in cash when leaving as well. Like many European flats, there were over 20 stairs to get to the first (2nd) floor. This was a bit challenging with luggage without a lift and if you have mobility issues.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location! It's on the second floor (counting starts from 1). The stairs are easy to get to. This is especially true compared to other apartments in Rome. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. This was much better than the check-in process at other apartments in Rome where we stayed. The host was very friendly!

The apartment was located in a great part of town, with easy access to bus, metro and main touristic locations. There is a grocery store and great restaurants located a very short distance and the area was quiet at night. The building and the place have a lot of character.
The payment was a bit complicated. The owner needs to explain further in advance before arrival how they want the rent to be settled. We had to deal with last minute issues that ate in our visiting time. That said, the owner was very friendly and warm, and meant to please as much as possible.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and great location to excellent restaurants. We walked to the Vatican (37 min), colosseum (27 min), Trevi Fountain (15 min). Only 1 flight of stairs to get to apartment. Giulia the host was attentive. Kitchen had everything needed. And there is a butcher shop nearby for excellent meat to cook in apartment.
Nothing wrong about the property .
Just a heads up: Taxi did not drop us from train station to our door. We had to walk 2 blocks with our bags. (Use GPS). We also had to walk to taxi stand when taking a cab to airport because taxi company said no cabs available to come to our door. (7 minute walk to Stazione Taxi Largo Argentina). But this is not the fault of property and we found a taxi immediately.
