Lovely hotel in a quiet street, very easy to find from the train station. Fantastic lady met us at reception, took care of our bags as we were a little early for check in, no problem and when we came back later they had already taken our cases up to our room!! The air con was tip top, best we had all trip, very easy to use and cooled us down a treat, nice little fridge in the room, and a small sweet bread treat awaited us. Lots of hot water for the shower / bath. Location was great just a short stroll away from the main square etc.
We could not fault this hotel at all, it was a shame we did not stop longer than one night!

Its good location close to the train station and the cruise port.
Low quality of bathroom facilities (shower curtain not functioning properly); front door cannot not be comfortably shut. These do not match the three star standard and need repaired.

The price is a bit too high for that size of the room. There si no parking beside the hotel.

Excellent location. Just far away to avoid the noise of inter-modal transport hubs but only 5 minutes walk from the central train station and bus/coach station. Also excellent location to comfortably visit main attractions by walking. Very clean room and spacious enough. Good breakfast. Receptionists keen to help with any queries asked. Very good value for money.

Breakfast service served fresh good quality cappuccino, expresso, etc.
Coffee Americano was cold, due to the pot it was kept in.
A little noisy due to the location, but not untypical for an Italian city. A price worth paying for it being so central.

Cute little hotel. Great location near the inner city but also a good spot to get out of town. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The shower inside the bathtub (in the middle of the bathroom) was quite uncomfortable with the curtain sticking to you from every angle.

I chose the hotel specifically for the location and the price. For one day it is OK, wouldn't want to stay there more than two days however. Staff was kind, but there is nobody there after 8 pm.
The room was small (as specified in Booking), very basic, the window looked into a narrow light well. Otherwise no definite things to mention - I have had better accomodations in Trieste for the same money.

Very convenient for Trieste Centrale train and bus station. Close enough to walk to entertainment and retail outlets, yet situated in a quiet street. The rooms are basic and clean, but you do have a mini-fridge, however ours didn't seem to be working. The front desk man who checked us in late on the Saturday night was very cheerful and spoke good English, he had a really nice manner about him and explained everything perfectly, even deferring to take payment until the next day.
The lift is tiny, it supposedly fits four people - if so then it would be intimate. We just about fit with our bags, but we were contorted and facing opposite directions. However it is an old building , so they are restricted. The alternative is no lift at all. All things considered, this was a minor thing

The staff were really helpful, always ready to help. They offered a goodbye-coffee during checkout. The hotel's building is not very new/modern, this should be kept in mind if someone looks for a modern design. But the price/performance balance is beyond the expectations.
The building would be newer in construction.

I booked this hotel for its location close to tram stop and public transport. Parking was an important parameter too. Eventually we found an exceptionally friendly little hotel. The receptionist was cheerful, knowledgeable and really helpful at our arrival as well as during our stay. The members of the staff would do everything to please the guests. Nice continental breakfast with lovely Italian coffee. Thank you to you all. In the old building everything is practical and spotlessly clean. We really liked the spacious room with relatively small bathroom and felt at home with the warm and cozy atmosphere in this lovely hotel. We shall be back

This is a lovely hotel. Well located, in the city centre, but very quiet. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. We had a great stay. The staff were very professional, kind, warm and hospitable. The hotel is clean, cute and charming like the city of Trieste is :) Lastly, but not least, we would like to thank you for providing a safe storage space for our bicycles, which was extremely important to us. It is more for booking.com, as every time we travel with our bikes, we are not 100% sure whether the hotel is bicycle-friendly; this one is. Next time we will also try breakfast.
Nothing. We came so tired, cycling during the heat wave, hotel offered us everything that the tired cyclists needed.
