Terrible parking, had to cruise around for 2 (!) HOURS to finally find a place 1 km (!) away from the apartment. Had to haul all our stuff from and to the car. There was no communication from the apartment staff about this previously. I called the number given there was no answer. Apartment has no air, street windows are loud when open, with heat coming in. Air conditioning barely works. Morning coffee failed after the pot was set, the plate would not turn on. :( For a place as nice as this and at this price I expect more.

Very convenient location, self check-in also a great option. Apartment is spacious and clean. The building is renovated and has an elevator, air-conditioned units, excellent wi-fi. A lot of shops and cafes nearby, 10mins walking to the city centre / old town. There is a big parking garage 5mins walking so it is convenient if coming by car as Trieste is almost impossible for finding parking space.
The apartment could be a little better equipped - eg. bottle opener, proper knives, etc.

We didnt find parking place and watied in second lane. Wanted to drop off the luggage.

20 minutes useless WhatsApp discussion then 20 minutes waiting for workers to open door.

The location was good, as well as the fact that the check-in was totally remote. The accommodation was provided with all the features described. Very good price for 4 persons.
The apartment looks much better (more space, more light) in photos than in reality. It was a decent apartment, but two sleeping places in the kitchen (right next to the frige) turned out to be one on a sofa and one on a folding bed, not giving much comfort. Also, the kitchen/sleeping place was pretty dark, needed lightning even in the morning. The most disturbing fact was the very strong light coming from the staircase in the night everytime somebody was entering/leaving the building - the entrance door was with glass covered with white thin fabric that was letting all the light through, not letting people in the kitchen sleep undisturbed.

Very nice house and comfortable bed, not too far from the city center.
Finding a parking space nearby is extremely hard, so if you are travelling by car I would suggest not to come here. Just outside the door there is a bus stop, so you will find people waiting outside all the time. The neighborhood is not extremely nice. The building has internal steel stairs, so you hear every time people pass by. The door and a large window that looks on the internal stairs are screened only by a thick tent and the living room gets illuminated at evening and night every time someone passes externally close to the door.

Glass doors to the stair room, the light there was on and off and that disrupted the persons sleep, who was sleeping in the kitchen on the sofa. Communication was very bad. They threatened to call the police if we will not send in the pictures of our passports.

It's in a very good location. Bakery, bar, SPAR, COOP nearby. The beach can be reached within half an hour's walk. There is a garage 3 corners away. Well-equipped, simple but comfortable apartment. Very clean.

The centre is 15 min walk. All services are around, bakery, supermarket, ATM, everything. Room was clean, bed is comfortable. Wifi works flawlesly and fast. We have left our car in the Gloria Parking. Bit pricey, but there are no other quick solution. 24 € a day. 1 minute walk. We walked and used the public transport, 1.40€ an 1h ticket. With the nr. 6 bus you can reach the beach as well. Good value for the price.
We had the room nr. 2, the bus stop is just under our window. The street has heavy traffic till midnight.(think Harleys and Ducatis waiting for green light) With closed window is almost OK, but there are no ventillation then. Take toilet paper with you, we had a half roll when checked in. The kitchenware is basic, so if you look beyond pasta, get prepared. The fridge was noisy and without ability to set. As cool as it is. Period. Walls are a little bit thin, but our neighbours were OK.

Quite dark. There is no natural light in the kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are on the roadside and very noisy. They are not separate rooms, but a big room divided only by a small wardrobe, leaving no privacy to the guests. The kitchen was missing some key items.

Place was nice and clean, a walking distance from most attractions. Easy and swift online checkout. Not a bad value for money. Nothing spectacular but will do a job nicely. Smart TV was there, not sure if by luck or some other guest leaving credentials, but we could watch Prime TV. Apartment has 5 beds, which is great for a family with 3 kids.
Wierd layout of bedrooms, not really fully divided, also no doors. Wooden windows letting a considerable amount of noise from streets into the bedrooms.

In general we are happy with our stay, there are pros and cons, so it depends who is looking for what.
- Easy and clear communication
- Clean apartment with basic amenities
- Good location
- Nice size for the price
- Warm, nice temperature in the apartment
Realistically what might bother someone
- A bit noisy - from the street and the hall
- the light in between rooms turns on with sensor so when someone goes to the toilet during the night, it is likely to wake up someone
- Nothing to make coffee with, any coffee/tea - it is something that is expected almost anywhere, so I would recommend to prioritize this (there are many cups, so it makes no much sense)
- glass entrance doors made my friend worry about how safe our stuff is (althoug I think this is safe glass)

Location is great, all destinations in the city are walk friendly. Centre of the city, grocery store, bakery, coffee shops, bars, good restaurants or street food... Apartment clean, beds and pillows really comfortable, floor heating in the bathroom, plenty of storage, medium size refrigerator. Entering the facility is possible with a code given by a provider.
Street is in front of the window but it wasn´t noisy. We managed to find free parking in the nearby street. There are also few public garages nearby.
Only lack for those travelers who plan to cook in the apartment is poor kitchen utensils, no available dish detergents or table cleaning cloth etc.

It was a good size apartment . You can wash your clothes in the washing machine and put it out on the dryer and put it outside the apartment. It’s so hot it dried really quickly!
We were in the attic/loft of the building it was boiling. The air conditioning only worked in the kitchen. The bedrooms were boiling. You can’t have the windows open as it was party central on the piazza outside till 6am!!! Asked owner if we can move apartments or get fans . Told no as it had air conditioning! Explained it only worked in the kitchen but they refused to help. So we didn’t sleep for the 2 nights booked. No kettle. Only 1 toilet roll provided so had to get our own. Chairs so noisy on the floor. The loft is a greenhouse

Great location, and the staff reacted promptly via WhatsApp. My friend needed an iron, and after messaging in the evening to the host, the iron was at ours in the morning. The apartment was clean and spacious. We traveled as a group and booked two apartments in the same building, which was great.
The mattresses were a bit worn out and could need replacement.

The apartment was clean and in a reasonable location, Piazza Garibaldi is a short walk from most places of interest in Trieste, and there is a direct bus to both the train station and Muggia, which makes for an excellent day trip.
The apartment met the minimum standards I would expect for the cost but absolutely nothing more. I’m happy to recommend the apartment to others, and it isn’t bad in anyway, it is just satisfactory.
I would be more positive if it included a few additional amenities such as an electric kettle for hot water, and some detergent or pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. Sometimes the small touches matter!
The apartment looks directly onto Piazza Garibaldi, which is a very noisy square, however when the windows are closed the noise outside is minimal. If I were to visit Trieste again I would look to stay around Piazza Goldoni as it would be a little closer to everything.
Please note that the location of the entrance is incorrect on Apple Maps but is correct on Google Maps. If the hosts were able to send a photo of the entrance for guidance to future guests then that would also be very helpful.

We booked for 4 singles but on arrival there was one double bed and in the second room one sofa bed and one camp bed. We separated the double into 2 singles but there was no duvet for one of the beds. When we contacted the (remote) receptionist we were asked to wait until the next day as there were no housekeeper available. When we insisted a member of staff arrived an hour and a half later with a duvet.
The kitchen was not well equipped, one wine glass and very few utensils. We had to use a hand towel from the bathroom to dry the dishes.

Bedroom was like sleeping in a sauna. It was very hot with no circulation. I had the property check the AC and they said it was fine. The AC is in the living room. Beds and couch were uncomfortable. No bed side tables.
