Lovely host, breakfast delivered each morning was a treat! Clean and comfortable room. Good location for us as we were happy to walk wherever. Lovely restaurant downstairs and in the square. Super easy check in even though we came in late, super simple and great clear instructions.

One flight of stairs up to rooms, this was fine for us but good to know in advance.

The owner greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome! We were shown to a beautiful suite with its own outdoor patio. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast they delivered to our room was to die for! We only wish that we had more time to spend there!

My boyfriend is very tall and muscular so the doorway to the bathroom was difficult for him but that's just a big American guy in Venice- no knock on the B&B at all!

- clean room and bath room - quiet place - good positioning, in a square, near to a supermarket, restaurants, souvenir boutiques etc, not to far by the tourist attractions - we could leave our luggage at the reception outside check-in/out hours - Gianluca was a friendly host - good breakfast

- the heating in the room was by air conditioning - the lady from the reception at check out wasn't too nice.

The room is beautiful, comfortable bed, a nice large shower with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast is plentiful with an assortment of bakery, meat, cheeses, yogurt, juices, and coffee choices. Breakfast is served to room at time of choice. The location is an easy walk of 11 minutes from the train station and you can easily walk anywhere you wish. B&B Patatina is the perfect choice for a Venice stay.

The appartment was cozy, in a very good location. The furnishing was stunning, it looked like a bedroom of a fairytale castle (the bathroom was modern). Breakfast served directly to the room was a pleasant surprise and we loved the fresh croissants and cappuccino. Communication with the owner was smooth, without any problems, he even recommended us where to leave our car and how to get to the B&B via public transport.

The bedroom was too small for 3 people.

Great location, I didn't realise that it was just bedrooms and you were served breakfast in your bedroom but it was a very pleasant stay. Gianlucca the hotel manager was very nice. The bedroom was very pleasant and the breakfast was very very good! The location was good - quite close to the San Stae stop for the boat to the airport. The area was quieter than other parts of Venice with more locals (a rarity) present but close enough - a 8-10 min walk to the craziness of the Rialto Bridge

The location was good - it was about a 15 minute walk to most of the sites. The restaurant directly below the apartment was quite good. There was also music and dancing there one night. Thereโ€™s a little supermarket right across the square. The hosts were very nice and friendly.

The sofa bed was quite hard so we didnโ€™t end up using it. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day. It wouldโ€™ve been great to have different options. We got two croissants every day one was chocolate and one was custard, but we found them too gooey.

Located on a bustling (but not too busy or loud) piazza very close to many restaurants, and centrally located near all the main sites. The room was pleasant, bathroom updated, comfortable beds. The breakfast was outstanding, we ate on our sunny balcony (it was served in-room).

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The host was very kind and welcoming, and the hospitality overall was excellent. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and definitely a highlight of my stay. The location was perfectโ€”right in a square with access to everything. There was a fantastic restaurant just below the property with high-quality, delicious food. Nearby, there was also a grocery shop, a pharmacy, and a nice cafรฉ, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was very close to the city center, the bazaar, and just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Having water nearby added to the charm of the location. Overall, everything was great, from the comfort and cleanliness to the location and amenities. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this B&B

Nice location and view from room. Steps to COOP grocery and restaurants and minutes away from attractions and shops. Gianluca was very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. There was problem with the lock on the main door and Gianluca addressed it quickly. We had a nonsmoking room but the smell of cigarette smoke was present. Gianluca addressed the situation and changed our room immediately. He arranged for luggage porter service and porter arrived on time.
