Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Good location. On site parking. Comfy beds. Air con. Nice sized room.
It was a bit icky to not have a sink and water access in the kitchenette. As a result, if you wanted to get some water for the kettle or to rinse dishes, you had to do that in the bathroom sink which didnt feel particularly hygienic given the bathroom sink was close to the toilet.

The room was plenty large enough for 3 people, the air conditioning in Rm 14 was so quiet we were able to keep it running all night (big plus as it was a hot night), the room was clean, there was a variety of pillow options so we all found a pillow that suited. The room was quiet - we didnt have noisy neighbours.
There is a great cafe just down the road, and location was really good. Bus stop is just across the road and came every 10 min on a Sunday. Newmarket and trainstation within 20 min walking distance.
There were only two English breakfast teabags. The poor receptionist was the only one on duty to manage a heavy load of incoming guests while managing rooms that were not ready due to lots of guests the previous night - more staff would have made her job easier, but she was friendly, polite and apologetic for the delay.

Location is excellent - staff are efficient - the apartment was spacious, modern and with good facilities - the kitchen and bathroom were both extremely good - property very clean and well-maintained.
It was expensive (even taking into account the quality of everything). The soundproofing between rooms was not ideal and sound could be heard from neighbouring rooms (although not excessively noisy).

Much quieter than staying in the city centre. Free parking. Walkable to Westfield Newmarket (15m). Walkable to a few restaurants (5m) - Da Grand Thai was the best thai I have had outside of Thailand. Breakfast had a good selection of hot cold dishes in a tidy cafe style area. Waffle maker was a bonus for the kids, option of takeway coffe was a bonus for the adults. Its hard to get accommodation with 3 beds for the family of 4 without getting 2 rooms & not costing the earth. It was a bonus that there were twin beds upstairs with their own TV & ensuite. We will be back.
Kids would have liked cream for the waffles!

Very quiet, clean friendly, like a new apartment with kitchenette, excellent transport location by rail or #70 bus and easy walk or bus or one stop by train to Westfield Mall a FABULOUS mall with tons of eateries and other shopping around. Free parking (we had no car)
Only downside there was no supermarket nearby or even a ‘bodega’ only ‘takeaway’ small excellent bakeries, open mornings but closed after 4pm and on Sunday but a cafe is open.

Great location a 5 min walk to the train station for trains into Auckland CBD! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathroom had a large walk in shower. Room also had a sink and detergent to wash cups etc.
Unfortunately while we stayed the washing machine wasn’t working but, other than that all was perfect.

We had a lovely room in the new part at Best Western and it was very comfortable.
The bathroom is large and very clean with great tiling.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.
Lady Uini on the front desk was very helpful and warm and welcoming.
The breakfast provided was very good, enough variety and a pleasant venue.
It is on a major road so a little traffic noise but would stay again.

The rooms were very soundproof, some other hotels you can hear people near by. This room was fantastic, barely heard a thing from the rooms around or road noise etc. Bed was very comfortable too.
Only one small addition, perhaps extra coffee in the room. I am sure if we had of asked we would have received more though.

Breakfast was overall quite good. The hotel was soundproof, so I didn't hear any conversations or even the TV, which was nice. The location was great, closer to everything.
The only downside was the occasional noises from what sounded like furniture being moved in nearby rooms, and the bathroom fan occasionally starting up even though the switch was off. While I couldn't hear voices or TVs, the thudding noises did take away slightly the overall quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Our go to hotel for Auckland. Have stayed many times and always happy with our accommodation. First time staying in the newer rooms and they are very nice. Great location and central to everything we need in Auckland. Great value for money and good value breakfast buffet

Very comfy beds, the double story 2 bedroom units are perfect for a family.
Good value especially including breakfast, the waffle maker was a hit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had recently been renovated.
It was easy to get to and also had a great cafe right next door that served an excellent breakfast .
We really didn’t have any dislikes. If you were going to spend time in your room it was a bit small but didn’t matter to us as we spent the day away exploring.
