Ground floor room with ample parking. The room was clean, a little compact, but comfortable overall. Great dining options within walking distance. Conveniently located — close to the airport and not far from the CBD.
Very small compact room. Facilities were there but cramped.

Super comfy bed, aircon was a huge bonus bathtub was a great option.
Would be better to have a microwave rather than a toaster so food can be reheated. Other than that really couldn't complain id definately stay again.

This is my review from my perspective- I can not comment on other persons reviews- Room was lovely, bit of wear and tear but to be expected. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for years woke up so refreshed and the pillows were spot on. The lady at reception when we checked in on Thursday was warm friendly helpful.. Shower was powerful and hot
TV had subtitles couldn't work out how to turn it off but hey, I wasn't there to watch TV or give reviews in the ease of the TV. I didnt like the toilet paper. But they are there to make money and I would let guests use 1ply haha

The room was very clean and had been modernised. My second stay.
Aircon wouldn't work in my twin room.
Plus some blinds on the back windows would be great as too much light comes from next door.

Room was clean and comfortable, not huge but great for one, or two close friends! Location was good, better if you had a car but public transport buses passed regularly from outside the front entrance. Easy access to the airport also, just two well co-ordinated buses. Excellent shopping 15 min walk away. Nice local walks to get great views of the city. Staff were helpful and friendly. For a relatively cheap price this was value for money. Nice simple laundry facilities and even an ironing board!
Nothing really. The sink in the bathroom was cracked but I am sure that will be dealt with shortly.

The unit was comfortable and clean, but an older unit. The staff were extremely accommodating and let us check in early which was appreciated and it was great to have air con in a unit of rhat age.
It could have used some maintenance

Great location for what we needed, bed was comfy enough, pillows were excellent, water pressure in the shower was excellent. Overall a good little unit for one night.
It was clean enough, but could have done with a deep clean. The advert says fully refurbished which may have been overstating it a little. For the price was a great place to stay though.

The window in the bathroom did not close properly. It said garden view which is only a plant in front of the window. And then behind of it there is the parking lot.
The dryer was broken, but no sign said it, so i had to take my clothes wet to the airplane… i was at least offered a hanger for the night. Thanks

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, good curtains for blocking light, friendly staff, allowed a later check-out time; good refrig., good wifi, good hot water and water pressure.

The bed was somewhat comfortable
There was mold in the shower and in front of the fridge door, the toilet was blocked from prior people staying there, the bathroom water turned orange, the fridge-freezer was faulty, we were messed around with figuring out what room we could or could not go to, we were given unacceptable and disgusting solutions to our blocked toilet problem, there was no fire alarm in the room until we had to go and request one, refund refused to be given, we were pretty much blamed for every problem we brought to the staff and even in the email we sent to management.
