The hotel had taken NZD 100 as a refundable security deposit... It has been 5 days since check out, however, my money has still not not come back to my credit card... Kindly look into it.
Further, the bathroom needs something to hang clothes... No place to keep soap or shampoo in wet area... Wash basin impractically small.
At least 2 room heaters / blowers required for a room of four persons.

It's in the heart of the city. There are so many places around to eat and if you get an electric scoter available in the streets you can go anywhere in 5 minutes.
It's an OLD place. The room looks abandoned and it has so many details in the wall and painting. There was a small Fridge in the closet, not even turned on. Paying more for the parking in the hotel than public makes me not even going back there again. Next time will try another ones.

Great accommodation, value for money. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and beds were super comfy. The hotel is close to everything required, ie restaurants, venues, but a nice distance away from the loudness of the central city noise.
The room was quite warm, so we had to keep the fan on whenever we were there, including throughout the night.

Location was superb for a concert at spark arena. Price was great, Building is quirky and cool. Rooms dated and basic but tidy enough, lots of power outlets in the family room which was great
Room was cold and heater didn't work and we couldn't find any extra blankets. It was also incredibly noisy and hard to sleep due to this but that is likely just the price paid for being right in middle of city. Lack of on-site parking was problematic being so central we spent a small fortune on parking in a Wilsons. Rooms could use a spruce up

Excellent value for money, comfy beds, friendly staff. They even have a small car park if you are lucky to get a spot.
Only one thing - one of the windows was jammed and couldn't quite close. But it didn't matter too much - the room had decent heating.

It’s one of the cheapest hotels in Auckland. You get exactly what you pay for, a bed for the night. It’s great value for money so I can’t fault it. Staff are helpful at the desk, the room has heating for when it’s cold. The shower has great pressure no complaints for the price.
No major issues so considering the price I can’t complain.

I have stayed here before as it was close to my business contacts.
The reception would not accept my digital license one that I used last time I stayed there and the same license I used on an airoplane to get there. I have used this digital license which is now an acceptable form in New Zealand. The Receptionist was rude to me and would not accept anything I said to the point I considered taking out a personal grievance against her. As I know this would have no affect I left it. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and ended up staying at the airport in a chair! After this encounter I have taken a serious look at using Booking.com who I have been using for well over 25 years!Pissed

The location allows me to get there from the airport using public transportation, with a bus stop almost right at the doorstep. It is also close to restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities.
It would be nice to have a stronger Wi-Fi signal on the second floor, Since I usually have Zoom meetings when I arrive, having a stable internet connection is important to me.
