Location is great. But thats about it
The motel is very old and in a desperate need of renovation. Especially the bathroom moldy, dirty, no fan.

Convenient location, easy access to most of the sights as well as restaurants and supermarket. Very spacious room with small kitchen area. Good parking opportunities.
No body care amenities. Not sure where the spa was....? The room needs quite a bit of airing out, it can get very stuffy and humid. Found quite a few spiders and a (lone...?) bedbug.

The location was great, it was easy to get everywhere and there was a bus stop nearby. The apartment was very spacious and had a kitchen space and balcony, and there were good utensils in the kitchen. The owners were extremely nice and friendly. There's also a laundry room, the machines cost $2 each, and the owners were very happy to break money for us.
It was very dirty and smelly. There was a horrible smell, almost like piss, by the door/kitchen. It made cooking very unpleasant. We were not able to quite locate the source of the smell. There were also quite a few spiders both in the apartment and on the balcony. There were also some spiderwebs here and there in the corners and in the ceiling. Some of the kitchenware were dirty and worn out so in the end we didn't like to cook a lot. Also cooking fish, meat and spicy food was forbidden. The bed was uncomfortable. It has an old spring mattress and you can feel some of the springs and they feel very uncomfortable. There are cats living outdoors at the motel. Even though I personally love cats and have no problem with them being around, I know it's very bad for New Zealand's animals and nature to have cats freely roaming around.

It was convenient to the centre.
The parking was rather tight. Kitchen facilities could do with updating but was adequate for our needs. The toilet seat needed sorting.

It was very close to the local shops and main attractions. Functioning kitchen with lots of appliances to allow us to cook meals. on-site laundry was very handy to have. Fresh towels and milk each day was lovely. Parking was safe and didnt have to worry about our rental care getting damaged. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Layout of the studio was spacious. The checkin process was smooth and the owners very welcoming. It was clean and sufficient.
The building and facilities are a bit old, so things like the carpet had some stories to tell.

The property was pretty old, and the curtains and windows were unclean with mould. Not enough cutleries for cooking. The bathroom didn't have a mirror and no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom.

The lady was very lovely and enthusiastic.
There were cats around the motel.
Definitely worth the price.
Great location, near the night market.
Relatively clean.
Two beds but they also had a sofa!
The room had a strong moisty smell.
The wi-fi was a bit slow.
The heater was on but was still a bit cold.

Nice reception although it didn't smell very nice in there, the man was lovely and led us to our room about showed us around
There were stains on the single bed cover, also a pillow case had slipped off one of the pillows on the large bed, that pillow was quite disgustingly yellow, and unfortunately covered by a nice clean white pillow case, meaning that no one would notice, yucky,
I'm going to keep this in mind for next time we travel

Close to the shops
Pleasant if your a cat lover.
The cats, the smell I wasnt sure if it was the cat litter at the bottom of the stairs. The room smelt. The place is old and tired. Didnt like the shower tap handle contraption.
The room was stuffy and no air conditioner and there were no fly screens on the windows or the sliding door so no fresh air without mosquitoes.
