Beautiful resort with 2 pool areas, restaurant, cafe and minimarket. Well maintained, in a bit of a secluded area but with a 15min taxi to the center. Own kitchen in the room. A really beautiful and spacious room.
No soundproofing in the rooms. We could e.g. hear the next door neighbor’s alarm as they got up, heard them discuss their upcoming day and could hear their every move. We also woke up to anyone moving in the corridor as the frontdoor had literally no isolation between the door and the frames - we could even see into the corridor through the sides of the door.

I liked the structure and the facilities offering all the essentials one needs for 1 or 2 weeks stay. I also liked the proximity to other resorts to be able to play golf and to the excellent restaurants at guincho.
I would appreciate if the personnel at the shops would be more tourist friendly and speak english especially the laundry service and the cafeteria who didnt bother too much not speaking english.

We had a great experience at Vila Bicuda, the apartment is fully equiped and the staff (reception and housekeeping) were very friendly. The swimming-pools are also very enjoyable, we had a great time there with our 3 years old son! The pastry shop (pastelaria) has a great choice and the supermaket is very convenient too!
No plugs (except USB) near the bed so I had to charge my phone far from it, just a detail but sometimes annoying. The hotel should have a rule for guests not to reserve sun beds by the pool, I was once sitting next to one that was "reserved" for 3 hours and nobody used it.

On our 3rd day of stay, we found more than tens of ants in the wardrobe where I stacked and organized all our fresh clothes. I freaked out especially because I had a small kids clothes. We shook off and did laundry and paid more than 50 EUR. We complaint of course and the staff seemed just annoyed. Not helpful at all. Next day, we found other bunch of ants on the towels we dropped on the floor and on the pajama my kid left on the toilet sink, on a desk, wall next to the bed etc. Then it seemed obvious that ants come to textiles. All our textiles had to stay in our perfectly sealed luggage and was so inconvenient.
Its so pity that it is such a fine place and maintained so bad and staffs are generally so rude (except for a few really friendly staffs). Also bakery staffs.
I dont know if we were just unlucky with the room, but I will never go again and risk all these stress again with my kids.

We had a meal in the resort restaurant which was very nice. Unfortunately we had a 4 month baby with us so we couldn't really enjoy the full range of the menu. The shop had all the basic things you could need and the bakery/coffee shop was excellent.
We didn't really have time to explore the area as we were there for only 3 days to attend a family wedding so didn't find any faults. We used Uber for transport but there is a local bus service because the resort is quite a way from Cascais proper but we knew that so it's not really a criticism.

One of the nicest places I have stayed the vila was so comfortable and spacious and loved the decor. The vila was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen utensils fridge freezer, dish washer, cooker.
The pool area is great my daughter just loved it! Very well maintained. There is a wonderful coffee shop on site with a bakery serving fresh bread and pastery! Overall a great facility and very safe with 24hr security on the man entrance I most certainly will be back. The main area of cascauis is a 40 min walk but uber and bolt are around 4-5 euro
Nothing really may be a better hairdryer, but that is all.

The suite was incredibly spacious, with a kitchen fully equipped for cooking, even though I didn't use it myself.

The staff provided valuable recommendations for local attractions worth visiting.
Initially, I thought there were no power outlets near the bed, but I discovered convenient USB ports in the reading lamp.
The cafeteria was closed on Sunday.

The room location was close to Cascais and Lisbon, We liked the quiet location near all the action and activities, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful the grounds were kept very well and if you like patio seating in the morning with coffee the patio was exceptional.
We couldn't get the television to work, and the bathroom was a little concerning getting into the tub with the tile being wet was hazardous, additionally, there are many items that you can hit your head on. The bathroom really needs an update. If you are elderly and have a hard time with balance, I wouldn't stay here. Additionally they only provide 2 pods for coffee and require you to buy at the grocer next door, which was kind of a waste as we were only staying for 2 days. I purchased an entire box and left the rest of it.

Apartment spacious, cute and cozy!
Staff super friendly, FOM & Gonçalo from reception gave us the opportunity to check in earlier that we really appreciated! HsK staff was extremely kind and understood all our needs. Considering it was Christmas time they made us feel like home! Big thanks!

Very very nice place to stay for a night or even longer. We had a studio and it was very spacious and comfortable! Also not far from the city center.
Also they have amazing cafeteria with delicious pastries as well as market fir groceries!
Hot water ran out after my husband showered….

The staff were so lovely - from the moment we checked in, they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. As a family traveling with two young kids, this makes a huge difference. The rooms had modern decor, were well-maintained and cleaned every day. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The location is peaceful and the amenities on-site were great (restaurant, grocery, cafe, etc.).
There are lots of dogs on the property - we love dogs so we didn't mind this at all. However, there was a fair amount of dog poop on the grounds, which our child stepped in while exploring. It might be nice to have a couple discrete bins around.

The "studio" room was large and airy, with our own little balcony. Nicely equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer and medium sized refrigerator and freezer.
We were delighted to see there was a breakfast/bakery on the site, a mini-mart, laundromat and restaurant. dogs allowed.

Large spacious villa townhouse with comfortable patio.
- Unit was serviced daily, cleaned with fresh towels and that was a surprise.
No electrical outlets near the bed headboards for charging or CPAP use.

Lots of open space, our villa was wonderful, spacious, had everything we needed inside for a perfect vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The pool is great and wasnt crowded,
The surroundings were super clean and maintained.
The beds we got for our children were of low quality, they preferred sleeping on a mattress.

Very clean and comfortable room and kitchen which was cleaned daily. Staff very helpful and friendly. Convenient bakery and supermarket on site. Two nice well-maintained pools that had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.
Buses into town were cheap but infrequent. Too far for a leisurely walk into town centre so needed to take taxis.

The room is very spacious and is basically a whole apartment with bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and varanda. The decoration is cozy and elegant, all in good taste. There is a small commercial area with bakery, mini market, restaurant, beauty salon, self-service laundry, and child care.
We stayed in the room above the restaurant and it was a bit noisy (chairs and tables being dragged around) during clean-up at 11:30 pm. The bathroom lacked lighting above the shower and hooks to hang the hand towels... and the towels were a bit worn out.
