The staff were delightful for the most part and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Decor of public rooms was very attractive and different, especially the breakfast room, restaurant and bar.
The coffee at breakfast; the machine was not efficient and coffee not good. I would have preferred just a shower in the bathroom as climbing in and out of a bath is dangerous for someone of my age. I had one problem with a member of staff at the front desk who was helping clients, but did not acknowledge I was waiting for 30 minutes and had to leave without the information I needed.

Let's make it short: the positive things: very friendly staff, metro station (blue line) just 43 steps away, excellent breakfast, short ride to the airport, relatively large room and bathroom
The negative things: kind of worn and torn interior, strange smell in the hallway, zero soundproofing, located directly under the airport's landing zone, terrible jet noise from 4 AM to 12 PM every 3 minutes.

Everything in the hotel was amazing.
Clean , clean , clean.
We didnt use the restaurant as we didnt need it.
We already booked our stay for December because we really enjoyed our stay .
Would be nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room ( I guess is an English thing).
But they have room service for that and the fridge in the room is well stocked . Its only a personal opinion not a complain.

I asked if there was a kettle in the room . They advertised that some rooms had kettles. I asked if I could borrow one. I was told I could, but there would be a charge of 5 euros for the night.Other hotels I have stayed at had kettles without charge, if asked for at reception. I just felt this was a mean gesture.

Nice room, good bed, friendly staff! The room was a comfortable temperature (mid-winter on a cold day), and the bathroom was updated.
Our lunch in the restaurant on the main floor was excellent--one of the best salads I've had in Portugal.
Other than room service, no way to get just a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. It was the full-blown buffet or nothing.
The hotel is under the Lisbon fllightpath, so if flight noise bothers you, this is probably not a good choice. (But with closed windows, not a big deal.)

We really enjoyed how accessible the hotel was to various areas of Lisbon, without being in the hustle & bustle of the city centre. All the hotel staff were amazing, and the service from check-in to check-out was fantastic.
The mattresses were quite hard, and although each guest has two pillows it would have been nice to have one good, fluffy pillow at least. Also it’s not apparent from the booking but planes do fly directly over the hotel - however there’s little to no noise.

Excellent and helpful staff. Great location: just at metro station and a short walking distance to train station to get whatever you want (e.g. to Sintra). Great breakfast and dinner with tasty (!) Portugese wines. Room service every day. Quite good noise isolation (jets landing line is just above the hotel). Aircon is working.
Only one minor "dislike": a bit outdated carpet and furniture in the room, small TV screen, But you are not going to stay in the room once you are in Lisbon, right?

It was clean, and comfortable, with good beds. Decor was elegantly simple. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good. The staff could not have been more helpful. I needed to scan a document and send it via DHL. I would have struggled to do this without them. There's also onsite parking.

The front desk manager the first two days of my staying.
Very professional and I told him that.
I request to change my room for a double bed.
I appreciate it but unexpectedly my laptop charger was lost.
I told my problem the previous night to the front desk people but they just asked the housekeeper if she found it.
The receptionists the day before and on my check out (especially this gentelman) didn't pay attention to my request to ask the new occupant if s/he found it.
I had to stay two days without computer,

As they did not answer me the day before, I used their chatbot on their own website and did not got a good answer so I asking to speak to a person, the chatbot put me in the hold and ask also for my email address so that they could follow up. I waited an hour in the hold and nobody answered my chat, so I logged off. They also never came back on the question via my email address.

The room itself was amazing with a full living room and a separate bathroom in the middle and then a bedroom after the side. We also had a balcony which, being on the 12th floor, was pretty spectacular!
I picked it because it was close to the bus station, which we were going to use at the end of our stay. Unfortunately, everything we wanted to do, was an Uber ride away.

Very nice hotel, with helpful, professional and kind staff, in a good location and pleasant surroundings. Breakfast was nice with good variety of options.
It takes a little bit of time getting used to the planes flying literally above your head, but it is also partially entertaining to watch.
