The room was fairly clean. The only issues were that the air conditioner didn’t work very well, and we were given an insufficient number of towels. After we requested additional towels for all guests, they were not provided, which was, of course, unpleasant. The breakfasts were quite tasty. They also prepared hot scrambled eggs with bacon, which was delicious. There were fresh fruits as well, and they were also good. The hotel’s location is decent, but it’s quite a long walk to the metro, which honestly isn’t very convenient. There are bus stops nearby too, but reaching them is also not very comfortable. Therefore, we used taxis, especially in the evening, as returning to the hotel on foot wasn’t very pleasant. On the street where the hotel is located, there is an abandoned building, and the area feels quite deserted. Therefore, it’s better to plan your trip considering that you will get to and from the hotel either by your own car or by taxi.

When we arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. They smiled, but it didn’t feel genuine, and they were constantly talking among themselves. I’m not sure what the real reason was, but the overall impression was not very pleasant. When we went up to the room and noticed that the number of towels didn’t match the number of guests, we were told, “Okay, we’ll bring you the towels.” However, in the end, we never received the correct number of towels. Overall, everything was fine, but these negative aspects slightly affected our overall impression.

The hotel has 4 stars just because it has a gym and a pool. The rooms are small, the ventilation is very loud, we had to change the room because we couldn't turn it off. The staff is nice but not very helpful. The hotel is being renovated at the moment, maybe it is better when it is fully opened. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa not rhat much. We didn't have breakfast. It is a bit far from the city, but Uber is cheap. We would give it 3 stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms, but both were not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and overall hygiene standards were below expectations. The room service was unsatisfactory, and the fridge in one of the rooms was not working. Despite raising concerns, the staff response was unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, we were overcharged for our stay. We had already paid for breakfast as part of our booking, yet the staff informed us that breakfast was not included and asked us to pay extra, which was both confusing and frustrating. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We were surprise to find out that the hotel was remodeling. We had trouble checking in and parking our car. It was close to the US embassy which was the reason we booked this place. The bed was comfortable and we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There are lots of bakeries around the area with better and cheaper options.

The hotel should have informed us about the remodeling. The checking in area was downstair, the machine to pay for parking didn't work. It fell a disorganized.

The room was very modern and clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, location was really good - uber from the airport is recommended as the "airport taxis" try and take advantage of tourists (as every city does) but if this does happen to you let the reception staff know at the hotel and they will be so helpful (as they were), they gave a personalised birthday card and cake! everything worked perfect in the room, lovely and spacious, dinner menu is basic, overall lovely stay and would book again.

The swimming pool wasn't working but advertised as such.. and this was one of the reasons booking with this hotel

There are renovations going on the hotel. But the hotel didn't informed us about it at the time of reservation nor checkin. Although the hotel says construction works start at 10.00 am, loud noises start at 08.30 am. Called the reception about it several times. I really liked the breakfast buffet that was provided because they offered a variety of great food. The location is near the metro station, city center is very well accessible.

The hotel undergoes the reconstruction, the facilities as pool and gym were closed, even though it was not mentioned during the booking. We had issue with AC in the room, it was repaired but next day broke again, the temperature in the room was exhausting, there is no option to open window in the room.

It was a lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and since the weather was warm during our stay, the kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We also loved the breakfast — it was amazing. The kids ate for free, and there were so many options: sweet and savoury choices, fresh fruit, coffee, and more. It was a full breakfast, and the kids especially loved the pancake machine with Nutella. Overall, this is a great place for families with children. Another big plus is that it’s very close to a shopping mall. To get to the city centre, it’s probably best to take a taxi, as it’s almost an hour away on foot.

Whilst we were there the hotel was going through a major refurbishment of the ground floor. This meant the breakfast was served out of a conference room, and, reception was downstairs so there was limited seating in the common areas. The hotel is under construction which we understand has to be done but wasn't as per described so was disappointing

The air con was not working in our room. We arrived late and room was stiffling hot and stuffy. We couldn't open a window either. We complained about the ac issue and were told it was a centralized system and nothing could be done but they'd send a guy up anyway . He turned it off and turned it back on and smartly asked us was it now cooling. It felt all like a common reaction as had seen other complaints about this previously. The room was so hot ..the halls were much cooler. All four of us in the one room sweated all night and didn't sleep at all. The next morning we wanted showers and this completely soaked the rooms and turned it into a sauna. The restaurant was not open and although the breakfast was good and varied the area which we had to eat it was in a dingy conference room. The reception was temporary along with the lobby and all housed in the basement. This is not their fault but it all was a bit disappointing.
