The location was great for being able to walk almost everywhere, the building was secure and had a 24h reception which was great as I arrived late. One thing that I was genuinely surprised about due to the price was how modern and clean it was. I checked into my room where it had a very clean bathroom (better than some big name hotels) a double bed which I’d honestly say was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, in hotel standards, a decent tv and a fan and heater. Not much more I could ask for. The staff were very friendly and attentive, daily room cleaning. All in the hotel was absolutely fantastic and I genuinely could not ask for more than I got, if I’m ever back in Lisbon I’ll 100% stay here again.

The location was excellent—right in the center, allowing us to easily reach most of the main monuments. The room was comfortable and suited our needs for the time we spent there—not a luxury stay, but perfectly adequate. The staff was kind and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.
There was some humidity in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, the overall stay was still pleasant.

The location was perfect! It's good to have small heater in the room at least we did not get cold at all. Room size was ok, not too small and not too big. Staffs were so kind, helpful! They allowed us to store our luggage before check in time!
The toilet was too small for me, as Asian. It's so difficult to move in the toilet. If you are looking for the normal space of bathroom/ toilet, then this hotel is not for you.
Also, the curtain was too dirty, I guessed it did not wash for years.

The property is in an outstanding location and central. This quality is far and away its best.
There is no lift and I had a large bag I had to wrestle up a bunch of stairs that were steep.
Also, the entry, stairs and reception area were dirty. This does not leave a positive impression. The reception area also had a bunch of stuff piled up in an adjacent hallway with a sheet flung over it. Looked very unprofessional and even sketchy.
Once in the room I felt better because the room at least seemed to be clean for the most part. Travelers be aware that when you leave the room to pull the door handle toward you and rotate the handle to ensure it is properly closed and locked. I didn’t do this the first time I left and returned to my door being ajar which was very disconcerting.
They also do not provide a sign indicator for the door as to whether you want room service or not. This is unprofessional. The first day I returned to my room it was clear someone had been inside and made the bed, folded my pajamas, emptied my garbage etc. I will ask for these services if I want them or at minimum they should provide a sign so renters can indicate. I verbally requested that no one need enter my room for the rest of my stay and from what I could tell that was respected.

They are so very nice. Specially when i came. The person at the reception is so accomadating he understand that i have a lot of luggage to carry going up thats why he gave me a close one to the lobby. The facilities is so clean and neat. And they allowed me to stay in lobby while waiting for my boss update and leave my luggages while doing some errands...I will suely comeback everytime i need to go back in Lisbon. There is NO parking! Even out front to unload luggage . There are a lot of stairs, and NO elevator. Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. This place is not for large, overweight or out of shape people. I had to put one leg into the shower in order to sit on the toilet. ?There is a fan. There is NO AC.

The location is perfect, and you don't need a car to get to the most popular places. It was walking distance to everything.
The room did not have a fridge or even a hair fan. You have to go to the reception to ask for a fan and then return it back.
Also, there was another unpleasant situation, but it was rather a Booking.com problem. While booking, it said we have a bonus - free taxi transfer to the hotel. However, it was not true. I wrote to Booking support, but I received no response.

Excellent location, location, location. That is the number one aspect about this place. If you don't expect much from the hotel, but a clean room and comfortable bed is enough, then this is an excellent place.
There is no air conditioning. When we opened the windows, a lot of smell from the restaurant below was in our room. Apart from that everything was fine.

The hotel is located very centrally and is easy to reach from the airport as the direct bus station is very close to the hotel. Also if the hotel was old, the rooms were very clean.
Hard to beat the location! I used to live in Lisbon and can attest that this is as central as you can get, and for a great price. Everything was clean and when you close the windows it blocks out all the sound from the outside. I would stay here again!
The man at the reception is a bit blunt and can come off as unfriendly but he warmed up after the first interactions.
It's a bit odd to have to drop off and pick up the key on the way out or in, but it's not uncommon in Europe
